Liebe Zimmersuchenden,
ich gehe leider weg aus Göttingen und würde gerne mein großes und helles Zimmer und meine beiden fantastischen Mitbewohner in die Obhut einer neuen Person geben. Das Zimmer hat drei Fenster. Zwei Richtung Westen und eines Richtung Süden. Das Zimmer ist wahrlich lichtdurchflutet. Wobei man das Glück hat, dass die Sonne einen Morgens vor allem im Sommer nicht direkt früh aufweckt, wegen der Ausrichtung der Fenster. Dazu kommen ein wunderschöner Parkettboden und hohe Decken. Also durch und durch sehr heimelig.
Zu der Wohnung gehören ein WG-Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine geräumige Küche, Bad und ein kleiner aber feiner Balkon. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung auch ein Parkplatz falls benötig - im Ostviertel, ein Luxus.
Die 400€ umfassen Kalt- und Warmmiete sowie GEZ Gebühren, Internet und Festnetz.

I am unfortunately leaving Göttingen and would like to give my large and bright room and my two fantastic flatmates into the care of a new person. The room has three windows. Two face west and one faces south. The room is truly flooded with light. You are lucky that the sun doesn't wake you up early in the morning, especially in summer, because of the orientation of the windows. In addition, there is a beautiful parquet floor and high ceilings. So it's very homely through and through.
Also part of the flat are a living/dining room, a roomy kitchen, a bathroom and a small but pretty balcony. On top of that we have a parking lot that belongs to the flat - in this part of Göttingen that's luxurious.
Rent is 400€ including everything.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 1 Minute an den Schillerwiesen (sehr schöner Park im Ostviertel), in 2 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 10 Minuten am Uniklinikum.
Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke, ebenso der Bioladen Boyer.

The position of the flat is great. Cycling you get to the Schillerwiesen (the park of the Ostviertel) in one minute, into the city it takes you two minutes and 10 minutes to the university clinic.
The bus stop is just around the corner as well as the organic store Boyer.
Zusammenleben würdest du mit Philippe (25), der für die Uni im Wassermanagement tätig ist und Janosch (32), der im Bereich des eLearning arbeitet.
Unserer WG ist sehr entspannt, man trifft sich wenn es passt zum gemeinsamen Frühstücken oder Abendessen zu stets guter Musik von Janosch und leckeren Essensdüften von Philippe. Beide meiner bald ehemaligen Mitbewohner arbeiten tagsüber. Sodass da in der Wohnung eher Ruhe herrscht. Auch wenn beide immer wieder im Homeoffice sind.

You would live together with Philippe (25), who works in water management at the university and Janosch (32) who is working in the area of elearning.
Our shared flat is very relaxed. Mostly we meet for breakfast or dinner when the situation presents itself. But no obligations regarding that. The meals are often accompanied by music from Janosch and introduced by some superbe smelling food from Philippe. Both of my soon-to-be former flatmates work during the day. So it tends to be quiet in the flat. Even though they are both in home office every now and then.
Wir freuen uns darauf, euch kennenzulernen. Stellt euch doch gerne in einem kurzen Text vor.
Falls euch der 15.12. nicht passt, gäbe es auch die Möglichkeit da Zimmer erst zum 01.01.2022 anzumieten.
