Hello! Hey! Hola!
We´re looking for a new tenent in our lovely 5-person flat ideally to move in now and are welcome to stay for any amount of time. The room is about 20 m², is partially furnished (if needed) and has a beautiful view to the city and surrounding nature.
The apartment itself is very well equipped (washing machine, 4-plate stove, waffel-iron etc.) and has two bathrooms (with a bathtub) and a comfortable, large living room which doubles as a dining area, where we regularly eat together in the evenings.
The Schiellerwiesen and the city woods are within 3 minutes walking distance and the neighborhood is therefore pretty quiet. The university (central campus) and the city center can be reached in about 5 minutes by bike, also the nord campus is about 15 minutes by bike.
There are supermarkets which are easily reachable by bike: Edeka (3 minutes by bike), Rewe (7 minutes by bike) and Kaufland (10 minutes by bike).
We are 5 students living in the flat (23-28) and we speak English, Spanish, French and German together. In general we do quite a lot together (cooking, ping-pong or volleyball, chatting, playing music, the occasional drinking...). We are a very international group Sam is the baby of the flat at a sprightly 23 he's just arrived in October from the UK and is studying maths, Marta from Spain (studying forestry) and Simon from Germany (studying agriculture) are expert bakers, they both like nature and going for walks in the woods to find mushrooms, Micaela all the way from Ecuador has a beautiful laugh and is studying ecology, and finally Jakob is the longest resident of the flat he's studying computer science and he's from Germany
The relationship with the neighbors is good, a few times a week they bring over some fruits and vegetables (the neighbors rescue and distribute food.. for free)!
