Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich biete mein WG-Zimmer in der Göttinger Oststadt ab dem 1. Februar bis 15.Juni 2022 (ein paar Tage früher oder später wäre auch möglich) zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich ein Auslandssemester absolvieren.
Das Zimmer wird möbiliert (Bett, Schränke, Schreibtisch, Regale, ...) vermietet und steht zur vollen Benutzung zur Verfügung. Zwei Fenster im WG-Zimmer sorgen dafür, dass das ganze Zimmer schön hell ist.
Die Wohnung wurde vor ein paar Jahren neu saniert und verfügt deswegen über eine neue Küche und ein modernes Bad. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Balkon, einen großen Garten der zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung zur Verfügung steht, ein eigenes Kellerabteil und eine Waschmaschine.

Hello everyone,
I offer my flat share room in Göttingen (Oststadt) from February 1 to June 15, 2022 (a few days earlier or later would also be possible) for temporary rent, as I am doing a study semester abroad.
The room is rented furnished (bed, wardrobes, desk, shelves, ...) and is available for full use. Two windows ensure that the whole room is nice and bright.
The apartment was newly renovated a few years ago and therefore has a new kitchen and a modern bathroom. In addition, the apartment has a balcony, a large garden that is available for communal use, its own basement compartment and a washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Oststadt/Geismar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Hauptcampus in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und die Innenstadt zu Fuß in 12 Minuten. Der Wald ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Supermärkte Rewe (2 Min.), Tegut (8 Min.) und Aldi (8 Min.) sind direkt vor der Tür, genauso wie die Busverbindungen der 70er-Linie (2 Min.), 90er-Linie (2 Min.) und der 22/21(5 Min.). Es ist also alles sehr gut erreichbar und zentral.

The apartment is located in the city district Oststadt/Geismar. The central campus can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and the city center in 12 minutes of walking. The forest can also be reached in a few minutes.
The supermarkets Rewe (2 min.), Tegut (8 min.) and Aldi (8 min.) are right outside the door, as are the bus connections to the 70 line (2 min.), 90 line (2 min.) and the 22/21 (5 min.). So everything is very easily reachable and close to the center.
Du würdest mit Danny (25, Wirtschaftspädagogik) und Bernhard (26, VWL) zusammenwohnen. Beide sind sehr aufgeschlossen und wir haben ein entspanntes WG-Leben. Wir unternehmen ab und zu etwas zusammen, sind aber auch verständnisvoll wenn man sich mal etwas Zeit für einen selbst oder das Studium nehmen möchte.

You would live with Danny (25, business education) and Bernhard (26, Economics). Both are very open-minded and relaxed. We do things together from time to time, but are also understanding if you want to take some time for yourself or your studies.
