Ich suche eine freundliche, ruhige Mitbewohnerin, die möglichst auch berufstätig ist oder vielleicht schon ein paar Semester länger studiert.
Eine reine Zweck-WG sollte es nicht werden. Mal zusammen kochen oder abends eine Runde quatschen wäre schön.
Geboten wird:

- teilmöbliert (90x200cm Bett mit Bettkasten, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Regal)
- Wohnen am Rande vom Ostviertel in der Nähe vom Stadtwald und den Schillerwiesen
- Bad mit Badewanne, separates WC
- Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür
- sehr gute Busanbindung zum Bahnhof und in die Stadt
Februar bis November ist nur ein grober Richtwert. Die Zimmer sind ab sofort bezugsbereit und auch kürzere Zeiträume wären ok.
