Da ich für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe, suche ich einen netten Zwischenmieter/eine nette Zwischenmieterin für mein 16qm Zimmer im selbstverwalteten Studentenwohnheim Forum (http://studentenwohnheim-forum.blogspot.de/). Mein Zimmer wird teilmöbiliert sein, wobei wir darüber sprechen können, was alles im Zimmer bleiben soll und was auf den Dachboden kommt. Auch die Länge der Zwischenmiete kann flexibel gestaltet werden, da ich erst im April notwendigerweise wieder einziehen muss. Wichtig ist noch, dass meine Mitbewohner ein Mitspracherecht haben, wer mein Zwischenmiter wird, sodass potentielle Bewerber sich in einer e-mail bitte ein bisschen vorstellen und vielleicht auch skypen würden.

Since I will be going abroad next semester I am looking for someone nice to take care of my roommates while I'm gone. My room is 16m² big and situated in a dorm for students only called Studentenwohnheim Forum (http://studentenwohnheim-forum.blogspot.de/) which is self managed by the inhabitants. My room has quite some furniture within but I am flexible about putting stuff you do not want up into the attic. Also flexible will be the end of your sublease, since I can live at other places till the beginning of April. As my flatmates also have a say-so who gets to move into my room, it would be really cool if you could introduce yourself via e-mail and prepared to maybe skype one of these days.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich oben im Ostviertel, sodass man morgens problemslos mit dem Fahrrad in 5-8 Minuten zum Hauptcampus rollen kann. Nachmittags muss ein bisschen mehr gestrampelt werden, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit ist ein Edeka ca. 400m entfernt. Außerdem kann man gut im Wald joggen gehen und das Beachvolleyballfeld der nahen Jugendherberge ist benutzbar
The dorm is situated up in the eastern quarter of Göttingen. That means in the morning u can just roll down the hill on your bike to be in 5-8 minutes at the main campus. In the afternoon you might need somewhat more time to get uphill but you'll get used to that. One grocerie store is just about 400m away from the dorm. Also the nearby forest is ideal for jogging and you can also use a nearby beach volleyball field.
Mein Zimmer befindet sich in einem selbstverwalteten Wohnheim, sodass man nicht nur mit den 3 Mitbewohnern auf dem Flur selbst, sondern auch auch mit den anderen insegsamt 20 Mitbewohnern zu tun hat. Es gibt Zeiten, in denen viel zusammen unternommen wird (weggehen, Kochen, Brettspiele, Filmabende) und Zeiten, in denen dass weniger der Fall ist. Die drei Flurmitbewohner sind jedenfalls immer nett und halten auch gut Ordnung in Küche und Bad.
My room is situated in a self managed dorm, so that you will not only get to meet my three floormates but also some of the other 20 inhabitants. There are times when we do a lot together (partying, Cooking, board games, Movie Nights) and times when not. My three roommates anyways are really nice people and also keep good order in kitchen and bathroom.
