Hallo!
schweren Herzens ziehe ich nach einer sehr schönen Zeit zum 31.12. aus meinem WG-Zimmer aus - gut für dich, denn dadurch wird ein tolles Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung (Deckenhöhe ca. 3,70m) frei. Das Zimmer ist mit 20m² ausreichend groß für Bett, Couch, etc. und ist durch die beiden großen Fenster schön hell (siehe Bilder).
Die Wohnung selbst liegt ziemlich genau am Dreiländereck zwischen Ostviertel, Geismar und Innenstadt und bietet insgesamt etwa 110m², eine top ausgestattete Küche (siehe auch Bilder) mit angrenzendem Wohn- und Gästezimmer und lässt auch ansonsten keine Wünsche übrig. Wir haben ein sehr helles und geräumiges Bad mit Waschmaschine. Das WC ist separat, was morgens sehr praktisch ist. Zusätzlich gibt es im Keller- und Dachgeschoss genügend Abstellplatz für sonstigen Kram.
Für die sommerlichen Tage in Göttingen haben wir einen Garten, der mit diversen bereits möblierten Sitzecken für spontane Grillaktivitäten mehr als genug Raum bietet, und in dem man nach Absprache auch etwas kleines anpflanzen könnte. Da die Wohnung im Hochparterre liegt, ist der Weg dahin auch nicht besonders weit. Ansonsten musst du dich um den Garten nicht kümmern - die Pflege übernimmt die Hausverwaltung bzw. unsere Nachbarn!

After a wonderful time, I am moving out of our wonderful shared flat in a beautiful building (ceiling hight ca. 3.7m). Therefore, we are looking for you, our new room mate. The room will be available on the 1st of January. It measures 20m², is very bright due to two big windows and very comfy (see pictures).
Our shared flat (total 110m² ) is located in the Ostviertel and contains a fully equipped kitchen (see pictures), a living/ guest room, a bright bathroom and a WC in a separate room, which is very handy in the morning. In addition, we have space in the attic and a big basement for storage.
We have access to a really neat garden which is perfect for BBQs or enjoying the sun. Since the flat is in the ground floor, the garden can be easily accessed. It would also be possible to have your own small vegetable garden. Otherwise, the garden is taken care of by a service company and our neighbours.
50m die Straße hoch gibt es einen vor sehr guten REWE mit Bäckerei, der bei Shoppingwut auch Hermes-Retouren annimmt; die Schillerwiesen sind auch gleich um die Ecke (ca. 500m) und zum Joggen & Spazieren bietet sich der Wald in unmittelbarer Nähe an (ca. 200m).
In die Innenstadt lässt man sich mit dem Rad 5min rollen, Z-Campus und Klinikum/Norduni sind in 10 - 20 Minuten (je nach Tempo ;)) zu erreichen.
Ansonsten ist man auch recht schnell an Eiswiese/Freibad Brauweg und am Kiessee. In 5 min Entfernung gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen, von denen man überall hinkommt, z.B. direkt zum Bahnhof (6 min) oder auch zur Norduni (20 min) fährt. Falls du ein Auto hast und pendelst: Ein Riesenvorteil der Wohnung ist, dass man immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in nächster Nähe findet!

Only 50m down the street is a big REWE with a nice bakery that also takes care of Hermes deliveries. The small park Schillerwiesen is just around the corner (ca. 500m) and for running or taking a walk the forest is also just 200m away.
You can reach the city center by bike in 5min and the Z-Campus and the Clinic and North Campus in 10 - 20min (it’s up to your speed ;-) ). We have several bus stops within 5min walking distance where you can get busses to everywhere in the city, including the train station (6min) or the North Campus (20min). If you are commuting by car, you will always find a free parking spot close by on the street.
Du würdest mit (Christian, 25) und Goran (auch 30) zusammenwohnen. Beide arbeiten in Göttingen, Christian bei einer Beratungsfirma und Goran am Max-Planck-Institut.
Wir sind keine Zweck-, aber auch keine Kuschel-WG. Wir machen - wenn es die Zeit erlaubt - öfter mal was zusammen (Sport, Kino, Kneipentouren, ...), oder sitzen einfach nur gemütlich Bier oder Wein trinkend in der Küche und kochen dazu was, oder grillen im Garten. Was du davon mitmachst und welche neuen Impulse du einbringst, hängt natürlich auch von dir ab - es gibt keinen Zwang oder fixe Termine, und wir sind offen für vieles!

You would share the flat with Christian (25) and Goran (30). Both work in Göttingen, Christian with a consultant agency and Goran at the MPI.
We don’t share the flat only for the purpose of having a place to stay, but we are also not doing everything together. If we have time we hang out and spend time together e.g. sports, cinema, bars, or just with some drinks in the kitchen while cooking. It is up to you how much you want to be involved. We have no fixed schedules and are open for new ideas.
Der Mietpreis ist All-Inclusive und beinhaltet Strom, Internet, Gas, usw. - es kommen also keine weiteren Kosten auf dich zu! Außerdem ist ein gewisser Puffer mit eingeplant, sodass z.B. kaputte Haushaltsgeräte und Nachzahlungen immer direkt vom WG-Konto bezahlt werden konnten. Ob das so beibehalten wird kann dann in der neuen Konstellation neu entschieden werden. Eine Kaution gibt es auch, ist aber überschaubar (475€).

The rent is all inclusive, meaning it contains electricity, internet, gas etc. - no more hidden costs! Included is also a small buffer, in order to be able to pay small repairs or replacements in the flat or additional payments for gas and electricity directly from the WG bank account. This arrangement can also be discussed and changed when you move in. The deposit is only 500€.
