Starting from mid-December 2019/January 2020 a room will be available in our beautiful and spacious five-person shared apartment, and we're looking for you as our new flatmate!
Like the complete apartment, the room has lovely high ceilings, two windows and a black board to get creative. The room is unfurnished (if you want to have the bed frame, you may keep it).
Your future apartment is, like the room itself, a bright old apartment with a beautiful layout offering 177 m² total area and everything you need to live comfortably. We have a large kitchen, a living room and sitting area, as well as two bathrooms, a guest toilet, and laundry room. In addition, there are storage facilities in the basement and attic, as well as a small, shared community garden available, which is ideal for barbecues or relaxing.

In unserer schönen und großen 5er-WG im Ostviertel wird zu Mitte Dezember2019 /Januar 2020 ein ca 20 m² großes Zimmer frei, und wir suchen DICH als unseren neuen MitbewohnerIn!
DEIN Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, eine rechteckige Grundform mit hoher Decke und verfügt über eine Tafel um sich kreativ auszuleben. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert (das Bettgestell kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden).
DEINE zukünftige WG ist, wie das Zimmer selbst, eine helle Altbau-Wohnung mit schönem Dielenboden und bietet darüber hinaus auf 177 m² Gesamtfläche alles, was man zum Wohnen braucht. So z.B. eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, sowie zwei Badezimmer und ein Gäste-WC. Zusätzlich stehen Abstellmöglichkeiten im Keller und auf dem Dachboden, sowie ein kleiner, von der Hausgemeinschaft genutzter Garten zur Verfügung, der sich bestens zum Grillen oder für ein Sonnenbad bis zum Abend eignet.
All this is located in Göttingen's eastern district in an ideal location: the city center, the university, and the train station can be reached by bike in a few minutes. The Göttingen forest and parks are just a few minutes away by foot, and banks, a supermarket and several bakeries are less than a one-minute-walk away. It's the perfect location for walking or jogging, has easy access to the university and city center- remarkable in this neighborhood at an unbeatable rental price!

Dies alles befindet sich im Göttinger Ostviertel in quasi idealer Lage: Innenstadt, Uni und Bahnhof sind mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und die Schillerwiesen sowie der Göttinger Wald liegen ebenso vor der Haustür wie ein Supermarkt und mehrere Bäcker. Spaziergängen, Jogging-Runden, schnelles Hinkommen zur Uni und vieles mehr steht somit nichts mehr im Wege. Und das alles bei einem für diese Wohngegend fast unschlagbar günstigen Mietpreis!
Your new roommates (3 w / 1 m) are between 25 and 34 years old and either study, work in the flower seed trade, or act as a research associate at the university.
We are not a purpose-shared apartment, but also each have our own interests and hobbies that we take part in independently. We like to catch up in the evenings, have game nights, do sports together, and sometimes cook as a group, which we hope you'll join us for!

Deine neuen Mitbewohner (3 w / 1 m) sind zwischen 25 und 34 Jahren alt und studieren bzw. arbeiten in der Saatgut-Branche oder als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter an der Uni.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine ‘Ersatzfamilie‘, doch offen für gute Gespräche und die eine oder andere gemeinsame Unternehmung. Auch zum kochen oder quatschen treffen wir uns am Abend gerne in der Küche.
