Ich suche einen Mitbewohner ab dem 1.6. 2012. Ich bin Agrarstudentin und möchte keine reine Zweck WG. Wir teilen uns 60 m², aufgeteilt auf eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Bad, des Weiteren gibt es noch einen Abstellraum. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell. Es ist auf zwei Ebenen aufgeteilt, der untere Raum ist ca 15m², der obere ca 10m² groß. Unten ist Laminat verlegt, oben Teppichboden. Zum ZHG braucht man mit dem Rad 7 min, zum Bahnhof 3 und 15 min zum Klinikum.Die WOhnung liegt zentral mit Blick ins Grüne. Ich suche ruhige und ordentliche Mitbewohner, die auch mal Lust auf einen kleinen Schnack haben. Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst,komm doch gerne auf einen Tee vorbei.
