Hi,
wir suchen frühestens ab dem 01.06.23. einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin
für ein ca. 16 m² großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist nach westen ausgerichtet und lässt in den Nachmittagsstunden viel Licht ein. Über die gelb gestrichenen Wände kann man gerne verhandeln solltest du sie so nicht beibehalten wollen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei weiteren Zimmern, einem kleineren Wohnzimmer, sowie natürlich
Küche, Flur und zwei Bädern. Das eine gehört als en-suite zum Dachbodenzimmer, das andere würdest
du mit nur einer Mitbewohnerin teilen.
Zur Wohnung gehören noch ein Gemeinschaftsgarten, und eine kleine Abstellkammer im Keller. Vor
dem Haus gibt es auch einen überdachten Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. In dem Haus befinden sich noch
3 weitere Wohnungen, in denen unsere sehr nette und angenehme Nachbarn wohnen.
Das im Bild zu sehene Bett mitsamt Matratze kann für einen nominellen Betrag übernommen werden.

Hi,
we are looking for a new roommate for our recently emptied 16m², with a move in date on
01.06.23 at the earliest. The room is facing west and lets in ample light in the afternoons. Should you want to start on a blank slate instead of yellow, a paint-over can be negotiated.
The flat is made up of two other rooms, a small-ish living room, as well as kitchen, a hall and two
bathrooms. One of them belongs to the attic room; the other would be yours to share with only one
flatmate.
The house also comes with a community garden, and a small storage room in the basement. There is
a covered shed in front of the building where you can keep your bicycle safe. There are 3 more
apartments in the building, where our very nice and friendly neighbours live.
The bed and matress seen in the image can be kept for a nominal sum.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Dragana (28) und Emese (25). Dragana macht gerade ihren Doktor
für Molekularbiologie und Emese ihren Masterabschluss in derselben Richtung. Wir legen viel Wert
auf eine ruhige und angenehmen Atmosphäre, sitzen aber auch häufiger zusammen. Meistens
kochen wir dann gemeinsam, spielen Gesellschaftsspiele oder trinken einfach ein paar Biere und
quatschen. Wenn man will, kann man jeder Zeit seine Ruhe haben, was auch schön ist. Insgesamt
sind wir sehr offen und ehrlich miteinander. Ein aufgeräumtes und sauberes Zuhause ist uns wichtig.
Bei Besuch kann jeder natürlich das Wohnzimmer/Küche benutzen. In der WG sprechen wir meistens
Englisch.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in der Göttinger Südstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt
man 10-15 min zur Uni und 5-10 min in die Innenstadt. Man kann kostenlos parken und findet auch
immer einen Platz. Mehrere Busstationen sind in direkter Umgebung, genauso wie ein Supermarkt
(Wüstefeld), eine Bäckerei und die Südapotheke. Man kann allerdings auch sehr gut auf dem
Rückweg von der Arbeit/Uni bei Kaufland in der Innenstadt einkaufen, das liegt auf dem Weg.
Stadtauswärts sind auch andere größere Supermärkte in ungefähr gleicher Entfernung, man hat also
die Auswahl wenn man es will. Der Kiessee und das Schwimmbad Eiswiese sind auch nicht weit
entfernt.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area in the southern part of Göttingen. The university is
10-15 minutes, and the city centre 5-10 minutes away by bike.
You can park your car for free on the street with ample parking spots available usually. Several bus
stations are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a supermarket (Wüstefeld), a bakery and a
pharmacy. On theway back from work/university you can also do some shopping at Kaufland in the
city centre. At equal distance, but towards the edge of the town you can find more larger
supermarkets to choose from. The Kiessee and the swimming pool Eiswiese are walking distance
away.
Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen wären Emese (26) und Anahita(26), beide im ersten Jahr ihres Doktors. Wir pflegen ein offenes miteinander und haben gerne Gäste für brunches oder kleine Parties wenn wir können - unter der Woche halten wir es jedoch Ruhig. Meisstens sehen wir uns in der Küche zum Plaudern odermachen mal ein Brettspiel- oder Filmabend draus.
Da uns Sauberkeit wichtig ist haben wir einen Putzplan damit alles fair bleibt und nichts vergessen wird.
Wir sprechen in der WG zwar Englisch, aber extra Unterstützung für unsere "WG Sprechein" ist auch wilkommen :)
Your new flatmates would be Emese (26) and Anahita (26), both first year PhD students in natural science.
We like an amicable, social atmosphere and like to entertain with brunches and parties when we can, but keep to quiet evenings during the week. Most often we settle for a chat in the kitchen, or a boardgame or movie night (though many of our games are moving out with our flatmate, so bonus if you bring some).
Cleanliness is important for us and we have a cleaning rota to help our memory.
The main language of our flat is English, though extra support in the German-speaking department is appreciated :)
Die hier aufgeführten Nebenkosten beinhalten Strom, Internet un GEZ. Zuzüglich dazu wird pro Jahr eine einmalige Nebenkostenabrechnung für Heizung und Wasser erhoben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und besteht aus einem unteren Teil mit voller
Wandhöhe und einem Dachbodenzimmer. Das von dir bewohnte Zimmer befindet sich mit dem Rest
der Wohnung auf einer Ebene. Du schaust aber am besten einfach vorbei um dir alles anzugucken
und uns kennenzulernen. Bei Interesse kannst du auch gerne schon ein paar Zeilen über dich
schreiben :)

Costs listed here include electricity, internet and GEZ. Additionally we are billed once a yer for water and gas/heating.
The apartment is on the second floor and made up of two levels, one with full wall height and an
attic room. The room you would take is on the same level as the rest of the flat. You are welcome to
drop by to take a look at the apartment in person and get to know us. If you are interested send us a message with
