The apartment is located in the cozy southern town. The residential area is popular, because here you have its rest and is at the same time within 15 minutes walk in the city centre and about 5 minutes by bike. It is even better: right in front of the front door there is a penny and around the corner a kiosk with parcel shop. You have everything you need around you. The swimming pool Eiswiese (also outdoor swimming pool), bus stops, the Kiessee, the city centre, bakery etc. - all within a few minutes walk. You can also reach the Z-Campus and the railway station within 10 minutes by bike.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der gemütlichen Südstadt. Das Wohnviertel ist beliebt, denn hier hat man seine Ruhe und ist gleichzeitig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Es kommt noch besser: Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Penny und um die Ecke ein Kiosk mit Paketshop. Du hast hier alles was du brauchst um dich herum. Das Schwimmbad Eiswiese (auch Freibad), Bushaltestellen, den Kiessee, die Innenstadt, Bäcker etc. - alles innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Den Z-Campus und den Bahnhof erreichst du ebenfalls innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Hello, we are Daniela (20) and Elisa (22). We are in the middle of our studies, Daniela studies BWL and Elisa digital product management. We are definitely not a purpose WG, dealing with each other is very warm, we like to chat and do something together from time to time, but of course it is also respected at any time if you want to rest. In the WG we take care of each other and maintain order and cleanliness, which we would naturally expect from you, so that everyone continues to feel comfortable:)
