ich biete ein ca. 19 qm großes, sehr helles Zimmer in meiner 80qm Wohnung in der Göttinger Südstadt an.

Insgesamt ist es eine 4 Zimmer-Wohnung zzgl. toller neuer komplett ausgestatteten Küche, neuem Bad mit Tageslicht und einem Flur im Eingangsbereich.

Es ist eine Altbauwohnung mit über 3m hohen Decken.
Es gibt zudem einen Garten und 7 Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus.

Wenn Du Interesse hast könntest Du ein Sofa und Kleiderschrank und Kommode nutzen, oder deine Möbel selbst mitbringen.

Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Ich bin studierte BWLerin und arbeite im Bereich erneuerbare Energien.
Es ist eine tolle, ruhige Wohngemeinschaft im Haus mit einigen Studierenden.
