I'm looking for a renter for my small but fine WG room to 01.06..
With its many corners and edges, it fits perfectly in the Göttingen housing market, where each wall resists a water balance. Despite that, you can get a lot out of the room. A small hallway leads to the room itself, where you can perfectly integrate your wardrobe and a storage location.
It has two windows, a few different high ceilings and a roof slope, making the living area more than the official 14 m^2.
The apartment itself includes two bathrooms (one with toilet and sink, one with shower and washing machine), a fully equipped kitchen and a small living and dining room. In addition, the one or the other corridor is used as a storage location for storage cabinets and the dishwasher.

ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein kleines aber feines WG- Zimmer zum 01.06..
Mit seinen vielen Ecken und Kanten passt es perfekt in den Göttinger Wohnungsmarkt, wo jede Wand sich gegen eine Wasserwaage wehrt. Trotz dessen kann man sehr viel aus dem Zimmer rausholen. Zum Zimmer selber führt ein kleiner eigener Flur, wo man seine Gaderobe und einen Ablageort perfekt integrieren kann.
Es hat zwei Fenster, ein paar verschieden hohe Decken und eine Dachschräge, wodurch die Wohnfläche mehr ist als die offiziellen 14 m^2.
Zu der Wohnung selber gehören noch zwei Bäder (eines mit Toilette und Waschbecken, eines mit Dusche und Waschmaschine), eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein kleines Wohn- und Esszimmer. Dazu kommt noch der ein oderer andere Flur genutzt als Lagerort für Vorratsschränke und die Geschirrspülmaschine.
The Wohnug itself is good 10 min (walking) from the Gänseliesel and also good 10 min (walking) from the railway station, so you can really reach everything even without a bicycle.
You can also reach the Nordcampus in 15 minutes by bike.
The Aldi is located right in front of the door and also in the emergency situation on Sunday before 12 a.m. it is only 5 minutes to close the road down.
The nearest bus stop is also just a few meters away.
Die Wohnug selber ist gute 10 min (zu Fuß) vom Gänseliesel und auch gute 10 min (zu Fuß) vom Bahnhof entfernt, sodass man auch ohne Fahrrad wirklich alles erreichen kann.
Mit dem Fahrrad schafft man es auch in 15 min bis zum Nordcampus hoch.
Der Aldi befindet sich direkt vor der Tür und auch in der Notlage am Sonntag vor 12 Uhr hat man es nur 5 min zum Nahkauf die Straße runter.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch nur wenigr Meter entfernt.
We are currently a very scientific WG. I'm Fabi and I'm studying mathematics (but I'm going to go out on the 1st 06th and free my beautiful room).
Your future roommates are Lottie (21, studies molecular medicine) and Luca (21, studies chemistry).
The two are much on the go, but very open-minded and dear people. You already know each other from home and do a lot together. For example, in the evening it is possible to boulder, it is cooked together or you are fried over a cup of tea while drinking in the kitchen.
Overall, we have a harmonious coexistence where one likes to speak with one another, but also respect one another.
Wir sind aktuell eine sehr naturwissenschaftliche WG. Ich bin Fabi und studiere Mathematik (werde aber zum 1. 06. ausziehen und mache dir mein schönes Zimmer frei).
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Lottie (21, studiert Molekularmedizin) und Luca (21, studiert Chemie).
Die beiden sind viel unterwegs, aber sehr aufgeschlossen und liebe Menschen. Sie kennen sich schon aus der Heimat und machen viel miteinander. Zum Beispiel geht es abends gerne mal zum Bouldern, es wird zusammen gekocht oder man versackt über einer Tasse Tee beim Quatschen in der Küche.
Insgesamt haben wir ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, wo man gerne miteinander spricht, aber auch aufeinander Rücksicht nimmt.
