Hallo,
ich habe ein wenig umgeräumt und ab sofort ca. 22qm in einer 2er WG im 3. OG zu vermieten. Die Fläche ist aufgeteilt in zwei Zimmer, eines mit ca. 15qm und eines mit ca. 7qm, wobei im kleinen Zimmer keine Heizung vorhanden ist. Ich selber bin erst vor kurzem eingezogen, die Wohung ist daher auch noch nicht komplett ausgestattet.
Direkt neben dem größeren Zimmer befindet sich die sehr geräumige Küche mit Tisch und Sofa (siehe Bilder). In den Nebenkosten ist Gas und Strom bereits enthalten. Vom Fenster aus besteht direkter Sichtkontakt zum neuen Rathaus, daher kommt man über WLan über den Studenten-Account der Uni problem- und kostenlos ins Internet.
Ich selbst (m 27) promoviere im vierten Fachsemester. Schön wäre daher jemand in ähnlicher Lebenslage.
