Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und kostet warm 217 €. Rauchen gilt bis jetzt im eigenen Zimmer. Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind nett und umgänglich.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Haustür und mit dem Rad ist man in 5 min in der Innenstadt und an der Uni in 10 min. Auch der Kiessee ist nicht weit. Dasselbe gilt für das Schwimmbad Eiswiese. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine große Wiese auf der man es sich auch gemütlich machen kann oder grillen kann. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, der von allen genutzt werden kann.
