Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein helles, großes WG-Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon. Das Zimmer hat ca. 24m² und ist durch ein großes Fenster, sowie die Balkontür schön hell und lichtdurchflutet. Sogar ein eigenes Waschenbecken ist im Zimmer versehen, was sich stehts als sehr praktisch erwies (Zähneputzen usw...). Ansonten hat die Wohnung eine große Küche mit Herd, Backofen, 2 Kühlschränken und auch Platz für gemütliche Abende. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig mit Dusche und Toilette ausgestattet.
In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Netto und ein Penny und auch bis in die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß gerade einmal 10 Minuten.
Der Mietpreis beträgt pauschal 248 € inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Eine Münzwaschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.
