gesucht werden neue Bewohner für eine 3er WG in bester Südstadtlage. Die Wohnung wird gerade komplett saniert, d.h. sie bekommt ein neues Bad, neue Einbauküche, neue Fußbodenbeläge, wird komplett gestrichen und im Bestzustand übergeben. Momentan sind noch alle Zimmer (14, 16 und 21 qm) frei. Die Zimmer werden mit Eintelmietverträgen vermietet, so dass ihr für den Rest der Wohnung kein Risiko habt. Ein schöner Balkon ist auch vorhanden und auch der Garten kann mitgenutzt werden. Bei Interesse bitte einfach melden!
