This is a room in the Martin-Luther Studentenwohnheim on the top floor (2. OG). The room is rather small, but has all the furniture that one would need: big desk and shelf, wardrobe, wash basin, cupboards, and a single bed. The shower, toilets and kitchen are shared with people living on the same floor. Every week a cleaning person comes twice to clean the shared areas, so it's always pretty clean. In the basement there is a shared washing machine for laundry that is charged separately.
The house is just outside the inner city, a little bit to the south. The neighborhood is really quiet and nice. Bus stations and supermarkets are in close walking distance. It's also close to the Kiesee and the Badeparadies Eiswiese. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city center, uni, and also nice areas in the south and east.
Most of the people living here are Master/PhD students and are usually quiet at night. The house is more like a dormitory, so you can easily have your own space and privacy, but can also meet and enjoy some time with neighbors in the spacious kitchen. Everyone is nice and communication is fast and easy in case of any problems.
I would prefer someone who would rent the room until the end of August. Feel free to write me a message if you are interested or have any questions :)
