Ich suche zurzeit eine Person, welche mein WG-Zimmer übernimmt, da ich bald ausziehe. Das gemütliche zum Teil möblierte Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er WG und umfasst ca.15m². Es hat ein Integriertes Dachfenster mit Rollo.
Der Raum kommt mit einem Schubladenschrank, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Sofa und einem 200x140cm Bett (welches sich nicht auf dem Bild befindet). Eine zum Bett passende Matratze ist auf Nachfrage auch verfügbar.
Die Wohnung hat die meisten Dinge, die man brauchen könnte, wie eine Waschmaschine, einen Wäscheständer, Geschirr und Besteck.
Zusätzlich zu den zwei Schlafzimmern gibt es zwei kleinere Räume, welche als Lager/Trockenraum und Esszimmer genutzt werden.
Unsere Vermieterin ist schnell zu erreichen und hilfreich, wenn etwas passieren sollte. Sie spricht Englisch.
Ich werde am 6.Januar ausziehen, die Wohnung wird danach also verfügbar sein. Wenn du interessiert bist die Wohnung erst später zu mieten kontaktiere mich trotzdem. Wir finden vielleicht eine Übereinkunft.

I am looking for a person to take over my room since I'm moving out. The room is a partly furnished, cozy room in a 2 person WG, roughly 15 sqm. It has a ceiling window with a integrated curtain.
The room comes with a cupboard with drawers, a wardrobe, a sofa and a 200x140 bed (which is not in the picture). A mattress fitting the bed is also available upon request.
The flat has most of the things you might need like washing machine, drying lines, cutlery, plates.
In addition to the two bedrooms, there are two smaller rooms that are used as storage/drying room and dining room.
Our landlady is very responsive and helpful when anything comes up. She speaks English.
I will have moved out by 6 January, so the flat will be available after that. If you're interested in renting it later, contact me anyway; we might find an agreement.
Die Nachbarschaft ist ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort. Die Bushaltestelle Reinholdstraße ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Zentralcampus ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Eine Bäckerei und ein Bioladen befinden sich in derselben Straße und ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Der Kiessee ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar und der perfekte Ort, wenn du gerne Joggst.

The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. The bus stop Reinholdstraße is close by. The central campus is 15 minutes by bike.
A bakery and a bio-shop are on the same street; and a supermarket is within 5 minutes of walking distance.
The lake Kiessee is 15 minutes away on foot and it's the perfect location if you like running.
Mein Mitbewohner Niklas ist ein Sozialwissenschaftsstudent im ersten Jahr. Er ist ein offener, angenehmer Mensch. Er ist gebürtig Deutsch, spricht aber auch Englisch.
