Dein Zimmer ist das Grösste in der Wohnung und hat das Fenster direkt über die Dächer nach Osten. Wen die schöne Morgensonne stört, kann auch einfach das Rollo runtermachen..;-) Ich wohne hier auch erst 1Jahr, bisher konnte ich mich schon gut einleben und suche nun ein*e Mitbewohner*in für das gemeinsame Wg-Leben, in dem mir ein guter Ausgleich zwischen gemeinschaftlichem Leben und der Möglichkeit zum jeweiligen Rückzug wichtig wäre. In einer 2er Wg lässt sich das ja aber gut bereden. Ich selbst bin berufstätig mit jungen Flüchtlingen in der Jugendhilfe beschäftigt und manchmal etwas eingespannt, aber dann auch ganz froh zu Hause zu sein.
Im Grossen und Ganzen ist es hier sehr ruhig. Besonders die geräumige Küche lädt sehr zu ausführlichem Kochen, Käffchen und zusammen sitzen ein. Das Zimmer wurde für meine bisherige Mitbewohnerin möbliert. Bei längerfristiger Wg-perspektive ist es natürlich möglich alles selbst zu möblieren. Wir haben auch einen schönen Garten, in dem Gärtnern möglich ist, und in dem man schön zusammen mit unseren netten Nachbarn frühstücken kann.
Your room is the largest in the apartment and has the window directly over the roofs to the east, if the beautiful morning sun bothers you, you can simply pull down the blind. I've only lived here for 1year, so far I've been able to settle in well and am now looking for a roommate for the shared flat life, in which a good balance between communal life and the possibility of retreating would be important to me, in a 2-person-Wg can be talked about well. I myself work with young refugees in youth welfare and sometimes I'm a bit occupied, but then also very happy to be at home.
On the whole, it is very quiet here. The spacious kitchen in particular is ideal for extensive cooking, having a coffee and sitting together. The room was furnished for my previous roommate. With a longer-term flat share perspective, it is of course possible to furnish everything yourself. We also have a beautiful garden where gardening is possible and where you can have breakfast with our nice neighbors.

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5min in der Innenstadt, dennoch ist die Natur und der Kiesseepark mindestens genauso weit entfernt. Supermärkte und Schwimmbad ebenfalls vor der Tür. Das Wohngebiet ist verkehrsberuhigt, also Strassengeräusche sind fast nicht erlaubt :-).

The apartment is ideally located. The city center can be reached in 5 minutes by bike, but nature and the Kiesseepark are at least as far away. Supermarkets and swimming pool also in front of the door. The residential area is traffic-calmed, so street noise is almost not allowed :-).

Ich bin ganz gut Wg-erfahren und würde mich als sehr offen gegenüber verschiedenen Lebensentwürfen beschreiben, so dass ich bei einem angenehmen Wg-Leben mit gemeinsamem Kochen, Käffchen oder zusammen das Leben geniessen klar dabei bin (was aber auch kein muss ist).Dennoch sind mir Rücksicht und gegenseitiger Respekt genauso wichtig. Sonst ist auch sehr viel Spielraum für eigene Bedürfnisse. Ich selbst bin gern draussen, und auch gerne unter Menschen.

I am very experienced in flat shares and would describe myself as very open to different life plans, so that I am clearly part of a pleasant flat-sharing community with cooking, having a cup of coffee or enjoying life together (which is not a must) Consideration and mutual respect are just as important to me. Otherwise there is also a lot of leeway for your own needs. I myself like to be outside and also like to be with people
