Zwei Zimmer fuer zwei Personen in der Südstadt

Die Wohnung ist in einer schönen Altbau-Villa in der Südstadt. Der Kies- und Baggersee sind, genauso wie Ilses Trinkhalle, um die Ecke. Die Uni erreichen Johann und Nathanael in 10, Sissi in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für uns ist besonders die Markthalle schräg gegenüber ein Highlight, die sonntags von 12-15 Uhr geöffnet ist und uns so schon manchmal das Leben gerettet hat.

The apartment is in an old building built sometime at the begining of the last century. Kiessee and Baggersee (two super nice lakes) are just around the corner, as is Ilses Trinkhalle, which even in time of corona provides us with drinks. The main campus is also close by (5 to 10 minutes by bike). To shop groceries there are several possibilities nearby including the Markthalle, which is just across the street and more importantly is open on sundays #livesaver.

Wir sind Nele (26, Master International Economics), Sissi (25, Master Psychologie), Johann (30, Medizin) und Nathanael (25, Master angewandte Statistik). Letzterer wird uns für ein halbes Jahr verlassen, da er ins Eramus geht. Wir alle nehmen das Leben als Hausfrauen und -männer sehr ernst. Demnach beschriften wir akribisch unser Essen im Kühlschrank, putzen täglich die Fugen im Badezimmer mit Zahnbürsten und saugen am liebsten die Zimmer unserer Mitbewohner*innen um 6 Uhr morgens. Grundsätzlich verabscheuen wir soziale Kommunikation (wir haben für den speziellen Fall WG Walki Talkies), WG-Partys und verkriechen uns lieber mit geschlossenen Jalousien in unseren vier Wänden, anstatt das gute Wetter in unserem riesigen Garten zu genießen. Nur ab und zu kann uns eine Flasche Sekt aus unserem Loch herauslocken und uns zu einer halbwegs anständigen sozialen Kommunikation bewegen. An ganz mutigen Tagen, als es Corona noch nicht gab und wir uns trauten das Haus mal zu verlassen, trieb es uns erstmal zu Daggi in die Turmmensa um eine Grundlage für ein Bierchen im Kabale und die Tanzeinlage im Stilbrvch zu schaffen.

Wenn ihr also immer nur eurer eigenes Süppchen kocht, es hasst in der Küche bei einem Sektchen zu versacken, WG-Abende verabscheut, Raves im Sommer nervig und morgendliches Kaffeeschlürfen total ätzend findet, dann seid ihr bei uns genau richtig!

We are Sissi (25, Masters Psychology), Johann (30, Medicine), Nele (26, Masters International Economics) and Nathanael (25, Masters Applied Statistics). Nathanael will leave us for half a year for an Erasmus in Italy. We all take life as housewives and househusbands very seriously. Accordingly, we meticulously label our food in the fridge, clean the grout in the bathroom with toothbrushes every day and prefer to vacuum our flatmates' rooms at 6am. Basically, we detest social communication (we have WG Walki Talkies for the special case), WG parties and prefer to hole up in our rooms with closed blinds instead of enjoying the good weather in our huge garden. Only once in a while can a bottle of champagne coax us out of our hole and get us to engage in halfway decent social communication. On very brave days, when Corona didn't exist yet and we dared to leave the house, we would first go to Daggi in the Turmmensa then for a beer in Kabale and then a dance in Stilbrvch.

So if you're always cooking your own soup, hate getting bogged down in the kitchen with a glass of champagne, loathe flat-sharing evenings, find raves in the summer annoying and sipping coffee in the morning totally annoying, then this is the right place.

Sarkasmus und Spaß bei Seite: Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass unse*r zukünftige*r Mitbewohner*in für ein tolerantes Miteinander steht und Lust hat auf ein richtiges Zusammenleben, bei dem man mehr als nur das Essen im Kühlschrank miteinander teilt.
