Unsere schöne 7er WG in der Göttinger Südstadt sucht ab den 01.02. ein/e Mitbewohner*in für zwei Monate.
Fast direkt am Wall gelegen ist die Lage super, Innenstadt und Uni sind fußläufig erreichbar, d.h. die Innenstadt in 2 Min und die Uni in 15 Min, mit dem Rad in 7! Auch direkt um die Ecke ist das Schwimm- und Freibad Eiswiese inkl. dem Open-Air-Kino, mehrere Kioske und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dich erwarten ein etwa 26m² Zimmer mit Perspektive auf ein größeres Zimmer. Dazu gehört eine große Wohnküche und ein schöner Garten mit Hängematte.
Das Ganze für nur 510 € inkl. Telefon, Internet etc für den gesamten Zeitraum. Wir kaufen gemeinsam ein und verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen. Wir sind ein Mix aus Studis und Lohnarbeitenden. Die Alterspanne bewegt sich irgendwo zwischen Anfang 20 und Anfang 30. Mit in der WG wohnt auch ein Baby, genaugenommen sind wir also mit dir eher 8 Personen. Solltest du also Interesse haben, dann melde dich bei uns. Alles weitere klären wir dann bei einem gemeinsamen Kaffee/Tee oder einem anderen Getränk deiner Wahl bei uns in der WG.
Wir wollen kein Corona, und suchen nur nach Mitbewohnis die geimpft oder genesen sind.
Our beautiful 7-person shared flat in Göttingen Südstadt is looking for a roommate for two months starting on the 01.02.2022 until the 27.03.2022
Located almost near city-center, the location is great, downtown and university are within walking distance, i.e. the city center in 2 min and the university in 15 min, by bike in 7! Also just around the corner is the swimming and outdoor pool Eiswiese incl. several kiosks and shopping facilities.
You can expect a room of about 26m². In addition, a large eat-in kitchen and a beautiful garden and the large flat.
All this for only 510 € incl. phone, internet etc. We shop for food together and like to spend time together. We are a mix of students and wage earners. The age range is somewhere between early 20's and early 30's. There is also a baby living in the flat, so actually we are more like 8 people with you. If you are interested, please contact us. Everything else we clarify over a coffee/tea or another drink of your choice with us in the WG.
We are only looking for people who take COVID seriously and are therefore vaccinated.
