Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich nächstes Semester ein Auslandssemester machen und für 7 Monate nicht in Göttingen sind, werden unsere gemütlichen Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Sie sind ca. 15qm groß und haben das Fenster zur Ostseite Richtung Garten, sodass es sehr ruhig ist. Die Möbel bleiben (wie auf den Bildern) im Zimmer, das heißt du kommst in ein vollausgestattetes Zimmer! Es besteht die Möglichkeit nur ein Zimmer zu mieten, aber auch die ganze Wohnung für den Zeitraum zu übernehmen! Wir haben auch ein kleines Wohnzimmer und einen Garten, wo man sich schön mit Friends zusammensetzen kann.

As me and my roommate are leaving Göttingen for an semester abroad, our rooms become available from August 2022 to February 2023. We have quiet rooms that are fully furnished (as you can see in the pictures) and have the size of around 15sqft. It is possible to just rent one room or to rent the whole flat! We also have a cute little living room (we like to call it Martin) and a garden where you can lie in the sun and have a barbecue.
Unsere Wohnung liegt zentral in der Südstadt: mit dem Fahrrad sind es 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt oder in die Natur zum Kiessee und in 10 Minuten bist du mit dem Rad an der Uni. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Bioladen und einen Bäcker ist auch nicht weit. Falls du eher mit dem Bus unterwegs bist, ist die Bushaltestelle Lotzestraße um die Ecke.

The apartment is located in the centre of „Südstadt“. It takes you 5 minutes by bike to get to the city centre or the lake Kiessee and 10 minutes to get to the main campus. The bus stop Lotzestraße is also nearby. In the neighbourhood you can find a small organic food store and a bakery.
Da wir beide Göttingen verlassen, können wir nicht viel über das WG Leben sagen, das wird sich neu entwickeln. Mit dem Wohnzimmer und dem Garten hat man aber eigentlich immer schön die Möglichkeit sich zusammenzusetzen oder mit Freund:innen Zeit zu verbringen. :)

As we are both leaving Göttingen, there‘s not much we can tell you about living together. We hope to find two people for the rooms that get along well with each other. We think with our small living room and the garden space you will have good opportunities to spend time together or with friends.
Wenn du für diesen Zeitraum oder auch erst ab September ein Zimmer oder eine möblierte Wohnung in Göttingen suchst, schreib mir gerne hier auf WG gesucht eine Nachricht. Die Miete liegt bei 439€ und die Kaution bei 360€. Für die ganze Wohnung wären es 878€. Wir können ein Kennenlernen auf Zoom oder in person machen!
