Da ich von September bis Dezember mein Auslandssemester mache, möchte ich mein gemütliches Zimmer für diese Zeit untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist recht klein (12m2), doch es finden sowohl ein großer Schreibtisch und ein 1,40m Bett Platz. Dank der nach Süden ausgerichteten Fenster (in der ganzen Wohnung) sind die Zimmer schön lichtdurchflutet.
Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß (68m2): Wir haben einen offenen Flur, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, eine geräumige Küche, in der man gut zusammen essen kann und ein kleines Wohnzimmer.

As I will be studying abroad from September until December, I want to sublet my cozy room. The room is pretty small (12m2) but it comfortably fits a big desk and a 1,40m bed. The rooms get a lot of light thanks to the south-facing windows in all rooms of the apartment.
The apartment is rather big (68m2): We have an open space hallway, a big bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, a spacious kitchen where you can nicely sit and eat, and a small living room
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte besser nicht sein: Sie ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt und liegt in der schönen, ruhigen Südstadt. Man kann also schnell alles erreichen, ohne jedoch den Trubel der Innenstadt 24/7 mitkriegen zu müssen. Wenn es mal regnet, kann man auch entspannt Bus fahren, da eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist.

The location of the apartment couldn't be better: It is located in the beautiful and quiet Südstadt where everything is close by. The city center is in a 10-minute walking distance. When it rains, you can easily take the bus as there is a stop right in front of the apartment.
Du würdest mit Cara zusammenwohnen. Cara ist 20, studiert Englisch und Philosophie und ist ein super offener und lieber Mensch, mit dem man sich mega gut unterhalten kann.
