The apartment has 3 rooms, but the flat is shared only with 1 person. The rental room is well equiped with a bed, a stand, an adjustable desk with ergonomic support, and ergonomic chair. It has 3 big windowns so a lot of light is comming inside, and they were just renewed to get a better sound isolation. Also, there is plenty of space for some yoga if you are up to it.
Apart from that, there is a espatious living room with a tv and a balcon and a confortable sofa id you wanna relax, and of course you can acess to our very well equiped kitchen (mixer, oven, smothimaker and dishwasher).
The appartment is located in South, 5 min walking to the new Rathaus and 8 minutes walking to the city center. In adittion is also very close to BadenParadise if you like swimming.
My flatmate is a very kind and friendly person. He is about to finish his PhD, so you can expect to be invited for his celebration. We share some hobbies like going to the pool together or have dinner in the flat but also we are quite independients and respect a lot our me-time. Still if you are new he can give you very nice tips on what to do or where to get things as he had lived here for around 7 years.
We are currently looking someone that is friendly, responsable with the house tasks (like cleaning after eating and keep things organized), and respectful.
