Hii flat seekers,
I will be moving out in the second week of January.
It is a large room with a big attached balcony facing the west to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The room is flooded with natural light (suitable for plants :) ), nice parquet floors, and huge windows. Two heating systems in the room make it warm and comfortable. The room is garden faced therefore very quiet and peaceful. A perfect cosy ambience for reading, painting, working or chilling with people.
The apartment also offers a basement storage place.
The house has a backyard where you can safely park your bike.
The room and the apartment are fully furnished and I would like to pass on all the furniture and other kitchen and bathroom appliances to the next tenant for 250 euros. There is a big working desk and a chair, a couch for chilling, a bed frame with a mattress, three-door cupboards, a big bookshelf, reading lamps and lights.
Our apartment is located in Südstat in the southern part of the city. It takes (20 mins walk) to reach the University central campus, 15 mins (walk) to the city and 15 mins from the train station. The bus stop is just 1min away.
The nearest grocery store is Penny which is 5 mins away on foot and the medicinal store Apotheke (5mins away).
The neighbourhood is beautiful, and quiet with apple trees in the garden.
There are two other flatmates living in currently.
Vinayak is doing his master's at the Department Centre for Modern Indian Studies, he is in his final semester and almost finished his master's and will soon move out for further studies. He enjoys reading, cooking and doing different activities with friends but is also very respectful of others' privacy and space.
Ruchira is doing her PhD at the department of Agricultural Economics. She is a fun-loving person who loves to make new friends and engage in different fun activities. She is also a very caring and understanding person.
Both of them are interested in hiking, trying different sports and games.
We like spending time together in some evenings, and we also sometimes cook together or have dinner together on the balcony.
In general, it is important for us to keep the flat clean and tidy for which we follow a monthly plan which is fairly distributed among us. However, there is no strict rule to it and can be adapted according to situation and people living.
The apartment is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, and a brand new washing machine. Various other appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and cutleries are also available.
