I will be moving out super soon..
It is a large room with a big attached balcony facing the west to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The room is flooded with natural light - suitable for plants :), nice parquet floors, and huge windows. Two heating systems in the room make it warm and comfortable. The room is garden faced therefore very quiet and peaceful. A perfect cosy ambience for reading, painting, working or chilling with people.
The apartment also offers a basement storage place where you can park your bike and store extra stuff.
The house has a backyard where you can safely park your bike.
The room and the apartment are fully furnished and I would like to pass on all the furniture and other kitchen and bathroom appliances to the next tenant for 250 euros. There is a big working desk and a chair, a couch for chilling, a bed frame with a mattress, three-door cupboards, a big bookshelf, reading lamps and lights.

Ich werde in der letzten Januarwoche ausziehen.
ich verlasse hinter mir ein großes Zimmer mit einem großen angeschlossenen Balkon (der Nachbarzimmer hat auch einen Anschluss zum Balkon), der nach Westen ausgerichtet ist, von dort man den Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Der Raum ist sehr hell und die sonne scheint immer rein (fals sie scheint) wovon meine Pflanzen profitieren :) ), schöne Parkettböden und riesige Fenster. Zwei Heizsysteme im Zimmer so es nie kalt wird. Der Balkon schaut zum Garten und ist daher sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Ein perfektes gemütliches Ambiente zum Lesen, Malen, Arbeiten oder Chillen mit Feunden.
Die Wohnung bietet auch einen Kellerabstellplatz.
Das Haus hat einen Hinterhof, wo Sie Ihr Fahrrad sicher abstellen können.
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind vollmöbliert und alle Möbel und sonstigen, Küchen- und Badgeräte möchte ich für 250 Euro an den Nachmieter weitergeben. Im Zimmer gibt es einen großen Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Couch zum Chillen, ein Bettgestell mit Matratze, dreitürige Schrank, ein großes Bücherregal und Lese- und Dachlampe.
Our apartment is located in Südstadt in the southern part of the city. It takes (20 mins walk) to reach University central campus, 15 mins (walk) to the city and 15 mins from the train station. The bus stop is just 1min away.
The nearest grocery store is Penny just 5 mins away on foot and the medicinal store Apotheke (8mins away).
The neighbourhood is beautiful, and quiet with apple trees in the garden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt. Es dauert (20 Minuten zu Fuß), zum zentralen Campus, 15 Minuten zur Innenstadt und 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 1 Minute.
zu Penny und die Apotheke dauert das auch nur 5 Minuten zufuß.
Die Nachbarschaft ist schön und ruhig. und wir haben Apfelbäumen im Garten.
There are two other flatmates living.
Vinayak is doing his master's at the Department Centre for Modern Indian Studies, he is in his final semester and almost finished his master's and will soon move out for further studies. He enjoys reading, cooking and doing different activities with friends but is also very respectful of others' privacy and space..
Ruchira is doing her PhD at the department of Agricultural Economics. She is a fun-loving person who loves making new friends and engaging in fun activities. She is also a very caring and understanding person.
Both of them are interested in hiking and trying different sports and games.
We like spending time together in some evenings, and we also sometimes cook together or have dinner together on the balcony.
In general, it is important for us to keep the flat clean and tidy for which we follow a monthly plan which is fairly distributed among us for the common spaces. However, there is no strict rule to it and can be adapted according to the the situation and people living.
Derzeit leben noch zwei weitere Mitbewohner.
Vinayak macht seinen Master am Department Center for Modern Indian Studies, er ist im letzten Semester und hat seinen Master fast abgeschlossen und wird bald für ein weiteres Studium ausziehen. Er liest, kocht und unternimmt gerne verschiedene Aktivitäten mit Freunden, respektiert aber auch die Privatsphäre und den Freiraum anderer sehr.
Ruchira promoviert am Lehrstuhl für Agrarökonomie. Sie ist eine lebenslustige Person, die es liebt, neue Freunde zu finden und sich an verschiedenen lustigen Aktivitäten zu beteiligen. Sie ist auch eine sehr fürsorgliche und verständnisvolle Person.
Beide mögen Wandern, das Ausprobieren verschiedener Sportarten und Spiele.
An manchen Abenden verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander, kochen auch mal zusammen oder essen gemeinsam auf dem Balkon.
Generell ist es uns wichtig, die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich zu halten, wofür wir einen monatlichen Plan verfolgen, der fair unter uns verteilt wird. Es gibt jedoch keine strenge Regel und kann je nach Situation und lebenden Personen angepasst werden.
The apartment is fully furnished with fridge, stove, oven, and a brand new washing machine. Various other appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and cutleries are also available.
