Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß. Da ich komplett ausziehen werde, wird das Zimmer unmöbliert sein. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, wegen der hohen Decken ist das Zimmer trotzdem relativ groß. Es ist sehr hell und gemütlich :) Im Preis ist alles, also auch Internet mit einbegriffen. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine, die du natürlich mitbenutzen kannst.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten vom Z-Campus entfernt und auch der Nord Campus ist nicht weit entfernt. Penny, Lidl und Rewe sind in unmittelbarer Nähe :)
Zurzeit wohnt im anderen Zimmer ein Zwischenmieter, Philipp. Ende Dezember kommt aber Julia wieder und wird deine Mitbewohnerin :) Philipp studiert Jura und VWL und Julia studiert Biologie im Master. Die beiden sind sehr entspannt und man trifft sich manchmal zum Quatschen in der Küche.
