Luftiges Dachzimmer mit hellem Holzboden in WG im Göttinger Norden (möbliert)

Hallo liebe Leute,

Till geht von September bis Ende November ins Praktikum und sucht für die Zeit einen lieben Menschen der auf sein Zimmer aufpasst. :)

Das Zimmer wirkt durch die Dachschrägen zwar nicht riesig, bietet mit der aktuellen Einrichtung (1,40-Bett, eine Kommode, zwei!! Schreibtische und ein Schrank für Jacken etc vor der Zimmertür) aber guten Stauraum und genug Platz für alles Mögliche - im Corona-Winter haben wir darin auch zu zweit Sport gemacht, es ist also massig Platz... Es hat viele Fenster für einen schönen Ausblick über die Nachbarsgärten und ist dadurch wunderbar hell. Es teilt sich den Dachboden mit der Wohnecke, von der es durch eine liebevoll improvisierte Holzwand abgetrennt ist. Bisher hat das aber gut geklappt, Privatsphäre und Ruhezeiten gegenseitig zu respektieren. Wir sind optimistisch, dass wir das auch mit DIR hinbekommen, denn die Wohnzimmernutzung kann ja abgesprochen werden, wenn jemand mal mehrere Leute einladen will (und solche Partyhengste sind wir jetzt auch wirklich nicht ;)).

Im Wohnzimmer ist ein groooßes Sofa mit Couchtisch und ein paar anderen Sitzgelegenheiten. Im Treppenbereich wird die Wäsche getrocknet und es sind noch ein paar Sachen verstaut.
Küche und Bad sind ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine steht im Bad.
Wir teilen uns Standardsachen wie Brot, Zwiebeln, Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Back-Zutaten, Waschmittel, Klopapier und Putzmittel als WG. Jeder kauft mal Nachschub. Sonst hat jeder seine eigenen Fächer im (Kühl-)Schrank.

Außerdem haben wir einen sehr elaborierten Putzplan, mit dem jeder mal für alles dran ist, aber dabei recht flexibel bleibt und der gleichzeitig allen eine Möglichkeit bietet, mit roten Ausrufezeichen auf die Dringlichkeit mancher Aufgaben hinzuweisen. Allein für dieses Meisterwerk lohnt es sich schon, uns kennenzulernen :D

Den Spätsommer/Herbst kann man auf dem stattlichen, rosenbewachsenen Balkon durchaus genießen. Es gibt den ganzen Tag Sonne (also sofern sie eben mitmacht) und öfter auch ein laues Lüftchen. Da stehen auch eine ganze Reihe Pflänzchen und eben Balkonmöbel. Der Garten des Vermieters (mit großem Grill) kann mitbenutzt werden.

Räder parken auf dem Hof, ein Autoparkplatz findet sich meist hinterm Haus in einer 30er-Zone.

Dear All,
we are looking for a flatmate for the room under the roof that Sara will leave. We means Carla, Camillo and Hanna. Sara would like to sell the furniture for 90 bucks to our new flatmate (that includes a desk and small filing cabinet, a 2door closet, a double bed with a mattress, a dresser and storage opportunities).

The room is not huge, due to the roof slope but with the current furniture, the space is used quite well and more than sufficient. There's enough free space to move around as well. There are many windows with a wonderful view over the gardens of the neighbourhood, giving it an airy feeling. The attic is shared by the room and the living room. They are separated by a lovingly improvised wooden wall. So far, respecting each other's privacy has not been a problem though, and we are optimistic things will work with YOU, too, as we can talk about the use of the living room for noisy activities beforehand (and the three of us are not huge party animals anyway :D)

The living area consists of two sofas, a small table and some more chairs. In the area of the stairs we dry the laundry. Kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and we have our own washing machine in the bathroom. We share basics like bread, spices, oil and vinegar, onions, laundry detergent, toilet-paper. Everyone fills up the reserves from time to time. For everything else there is a separate shelf/fridge -space for each one of us.

Also we developed an elaborate cleaning plan, that helps us take turns with everything while staying flexible. You should get to know us for this masterpiece alone ;)

Our balcony is the perfect place for the late summer, lots of sun, lots of plants and a view over the garden and the landlord's cherry tree. That garden can also be used, including the large cemented barbecue grill.

For bikes, there's enough space in the yard, for a car, you can usually find a parking lot behind the house in a 30km/h-zone.
