A delightful 20 m2 room for rent in a prime location in Weende, perfect for students or individual tenants. The room is fully equipped with a bed, a double L-shaped table, a drawer, a shelf, 2 chairs and a computer chair, a bedside table and a mirror, everything is for a deposit of 180€. The view is very nice, the windows have blackout curtains. The room is located in a WG with two more tenants, the bathroom will be shared with one of them (another one has got his own bathroom). There is a fully equipped kitchen in the WG with all the household appliances and a big living room. There is also a washing machine in the flat and one more in the basement. Also, there is a storeroom in the basement, for example, for storing bicycles. The flat is located in a quiet place only 10 minutes from the Central Campus by bike or by bus (the bus stop is only 3 minutes away), and around 5 minutes from the North Campus. There is a Lidl shop nearby, a Sparkasse office and one of the Rathaus offices. The monthly rent is 406€ (Warmmiete), the Internet is around 10€ + approx. 17€ for the electricity. The deposit for the room is 650€. The room is free for rent since 07.08.2023. If you are interested, you can come anytime to have a look at the room, just write me in WhatsApp.

Ein entzückendes 20 m² großes Zimmer zu vermieten in bester Lage in Weende, perfekt für Studenten oder Einzelmieter. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Bett, einem Doppel-L-förmigen Tisch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Shrank, 2 Stühlen und ein Computer Stuhl, einem Nachttisch und einem Spiegel, alles für 180€ Kaution. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, die Fenster haben Verdunklungsvorhänge. Das Zimmer liegt in einer WG mit zwei weiteren Mietern, das Badezimmer wird mit einem von ihnen geteilt (ein anderer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer). In der WG gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Haushaltsgeräten und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung und eine weitere im Keller. Außerdem gibt es im Keller einen Abstellraum, beispielsweise für die Unterbringung von Fahrrädern. Die Wohnung liegt an einem ruhigen Ort, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Bus vom Zentralcampus (die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt) und etwa 5 Minuten vom Nordcampus entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es einen Lidl-Shop, eine Sparkassen-Filiale und eine der Rathaus-Filialen. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 406€ (Warmmiete), das Internet kostet ca. 10€ + ca. 17€ für den Strom.
