Hey!
I'm looking for a new flatmate starting from February. Due to studentenwerk rules, you're only eligible if you're a student at Gottingen University or HAWK (because studentenwerk has specific accomodations for erasmus and exchange students in general).
The room is 17 square meters and unfurnished. The apartment is on the ground floor, so you can walk straight into the garden, which is great, whether you want to have a smoke or just enjoy some fresh air. The kitchen and bathroom are shared but, with only 2 people in the apartment, you rarely have to wait in line haha. The kitchen has a stove, oven and fridge, and of course you can use my utensils as well if you don't have your own. All the utilities are included (wifi as well), which means you don't have to feel guilty about using the heater :). Also, the water pressure's great! (No one ever talks about it, but a weak shower is the worst). There's also washing machines and dryers in the building's basement.

Ich suche ab Februar einen neuen Mitbewohner. Aufgrund der Regelungen des Studentenwerks sind nur, Studenten der Universität Göttingen oder der HAWK sind (da das Studentenwerk im Allgemeinen spezielle Unterkünfte für Erasmus- und Austauschstudierende anbietet) berechtigt.
Das Zimmer ist 17 Quadratmeter groß und unmöbliert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, sodass man direkt in den Garten gehen kann, was großartig ist, egal ob du eine Zigarette rauchen oder einfach nur die frische Luft genießen möchtest. Die Küche und das Badezimmer werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt, aber mit nur 2 Personen in der Wohnung muss man selten in der Schlange stehen, haha. Die Küche verfügt über einen Herd, einen Backofen und einen Kühlschrank, und natürlich kannst du auch meine Utensilien verwenden, wenn du keine eigenen hast. Alle Nebenkosten sind im Lieferumfang enthalten (auch WLAN), sodass du kein schlechtes Gewissen haben musst, wenn du die Heizung benutzt :). Außerdem ist der Wasserdruck großartig! (Niemand redet jemals darüber, aber ein schwacher Schauer ist das Schlimmste). Im Keller des Gebäudes befinden sich außerdem Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
The dormitory is located up north, near the university hospital.
It takes about 5 minutes by bus to get to the central campus and 8 minutes to the city center, there's a bus stop right in front of the house that can get you to most places. By bicycle, you can get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes or less. There's a bunch of supermarkets within a 10 minute walk or less (Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, and even a nice Turkish grocery store with very cheap vegetables). If you feel like fastfood, there's also a Mcdonalds, Burger King and Subway super close by.

Mit dem Bus benötigst du etwa 5 Minuten zum zentralen Campus und 8 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der du zu den meisten Orten gelangst. Mit dem Fahrrad kommst du innerhalb von 15 Minuten oder weniger überall in der Stadt an. Im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten oder weniger gibt es eine Reihe von Supermärkten (Lidl, Rewe, Aldi und sogar einen schönen türkischen Lebensmittelladen mit sehr günstigem Gemüse). Wenn du Lust auf Fastfood hast, gibt es auch McDonalds, Burger King und Subway ganz in der Nähe.
Well, about me! Name's Francisco, I'm from Portugal and I'm doing my master's in mathematics here in Gottingen. It's my first semester here, so as you can see I'm still new in town. I'd say I'm a pretty chill and unbothered person, while also being respectful of others.
My passions include literature, music, and outdoor activities (hiking, cycling, swimming...). I'm not super extroverted, but I like to talk when the topic interests me and I'm always down to cook something together.
It'd be cool to develop a friendship with whoever I'm living with, but of course, you can't force those things. I also play guitar often, but I usually do it during the day or connect headphones to my amp if I play at night, so the noise shouldn't be an issue.
Nun, über mich! Mein Name ist Francisco, ich komme aus Portugal und mache hier in Göttingen meinen Master in Mathematik. Es ist mein erstes Semester hier, also bin ich, wie du siehst, noch neu in der Stadt. Ich würde sagen, dass ich ein ziemlich entspannter und gelassener Mensch bin, der aber auch anderen gegenüber respektvoll ist.
Zu meinen Leidenschaften gehören Literatur, Musik und Outdoor-Aktivitäten (Wandern, Radfahren, Schwimmen...). Ich bin nicht besonders extrovertiert, rede aber gerne, wenn mich das Thema interessiert und ich habe immer Lust, gemeinsam etwas zu kochen.
Es wäre cool, eine Freundschaft mit demjenigen aufzubauen, mit dem ich zusammen lebe, aber natürlich kann man so etwas nicht erzwingen. Ich spiele auch oft Gitarre, aber normalerweise mache ich das tagsüber oder schließe Kopfhörer an meinen Verstärker an, wenn ich nachts spiele, sodass der Lärm kein Problem darstellen sollte.
