Zimmer wird frei in 2er WG Weende c:

Unsere WG befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit 3 Stockwerken. Auf der gleichen Etage lebt ein nettes Paar, in den unteren Stockwerken leben ebenfalls einige andere Paare. Wir alle im Haus sind auch in einer Whatsapp-Gruppe für Nachbarschaftskram (gelieferte Pakete und sowas, kleine Nachfragen, Zeugs). Das Haus liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Straße, welche sich bis zur Turm-Mensa am Campus durchzieht (ca. 15min Fahrradfahrt), ansonsten gibt es auch Buslinien (91/92+32/34) 6min Fußweg entfernt. Der Nordcampus ist ca. 5 Fahrradminuten entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Form von tegut und Aldi in 10-15min Fußweg erreicht, auch Mediemarkt und Globus Baumarkt sind nicht weit. Für Freizeitliches gibt es in der direkten Umgebung Restaurants, Eiscafés, das Weender Freibad, und den Klosterpark c:

Our flat is part of a 3 story building with several nice couples living on each floor, us sharing the top floor with one such couple. We're all part of one house-whatsapp-group to organise neighbourly stuff (delivered packages etc., that kinda stuff). The house is situated on a quiet road which goes all the way to the T-Mensa at central campus, to where it is ~15mins by bike. You can also get there by bus lines 91/92 and 32/34, which are a 6mins walk away. The northern campus is about 5 minutes on bike. For grocery shopping there are tegut and Aldi both about 15mins from the house, and for tech there is a Mediamarkt and for home improvement there is a Globus, both not far away. For more freetimey stuff there are several restaurants, cafés, a public pool, and the Klosterpark around our area c:

Bisher hat in der WG mein Kumpel Antony gelebt, welcher jedoch zum 01.07. auszieht. Ich selbst bin auch ganz neu eingezogen, habe vorher in einer anderen WG gelebt.

Zu mir:
Ich bin Joosie und studiere Lehramt Geschichte/Englisch im 2. Semester. Ich würde mich als ziemlich entspannte Person beschreiben. Zu meinen Hobbies gehört das Bauen und Sammeln von LEGO, spiele ein paar Videospiele, und gucke sehr gerne Filme. Meinen Fernseher und die PS4 habe ich im Wohnzimmer untergebracht, sie können auch gerne gemeinsam benutzt werden. Wichtig ist mir, dass Du auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit achtest, und nicht transphob oder ähnlich bist. Diese WG soll, gerade, da ich selbst trans bin, ein freundlicher und offener Ort sein.
Schön fände ich, wenn man hin und wieder gemeinsam kocht und/oder isst, eventuell mal Filmabende macht oder ähnliche Aktivitäten unternimmt. Natürlich kannst Du auch gerne Freund*innen einladen, im Wohnzimmer und Arbeits-/Gästezimmer stehen dann jeweils ein Sofa/Bett

So far my friend Antony has been living in the flat, but unfortunately he has to move to another city. I also just moved in, but lived in Göttingen before, just with other roommates in another house.

About me:
I'm Joosie and I study history and English for teachers in my second semester. I would describe myself as calm. My hobbies are my LEGO collection. I also play some video games and I looove watching movies. My TV and PS4 are going to be in the living room and can be used by both of us. To me it is important that you care about keeping the flat clean and tidy, and aren't transphobic or anything like that. This flat is to be friendly and tolerant, especially since I am transgenger myself.
I think it'd be nice to cook and/or eat together every now and then, maybe watch movies or play a few games on my PS4. If you mant to invite friends, there will be a sofa/bed in both the guest and the living room.

Haustiere (Hunde, Katzen, und Kleintiere) sind nach Absprache mit der Hausverwaltung erlaubt und ich selbst habe auch absolut kein problem mit Tieren. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen Schuppen neben dem Haus, welcher innen über Fahrradständer und an der Tür nochmal über ein Kombinationsschloss verfügt. Überdacht gibt es einen Ort für Wäscheleinen und gleich daneben befindet sich im Erdgeschoss das Waschzimmer mit den Waschmaschinen. Unsere Wohnung hat eine Kellerparzelle, welche nicht ganz so feucht und muffig wie der Rest des Kellers ist (Antony wird jedoch luftdichte Plastikkisten hinterlassen). Parkplätze sind vorhanden und können bei der Hausverwaltung für 30€/mtl. hinzugemietet werden.
Während ich selbst an sich alles esse schreibe ich Dir natürlich nicht vor, wie Du Dich zu ernähren hast. Solltest du z.B. vegetarisch leben, würde ich bei gemeinsamen Essen natürlich nichts mit Fleisch kochen und natürlich auch kein mit Fleisch ''kontaminiertes'' Geschirr rumstehen lassen. Ich selbst bin auch offen für vegane und vegetarische Gerichte, esse wie gesagt so etwa alles.

Dein Einzugsdatum kann eventuell auch schon vor dem angegebenen Datum sein, da Antony vielleicht auch schon früher ausziehen wird. Da sein Mietvertrag jedoch bis dahin läuft, müsstest Du ihm dann diese Überbrückungszeit an Miete zahlen.
Was Internetanschluss angeht: aktuell läuft das über Antony, anschließend müssen wir uns selbst darum kümmern.

Pets (Dogs, cats, and small animals) are allowed when the house management is informed about them. I personally don't mind animals at all. For our bicycles there is a shed/garage right next to the house, which has bicycle stands inside and a padlock on the door. For clotheslines there is a roofed area behind the garage/shed, right next to the washing room with all the washing machines. Our flat has its own basement parcel which is slightly less humid and stale than the rest of the basement (Antony will leave airtight plastic boxes for us though). A parking spot can be rent from the house management for 30€/month.
Whilst I myself am an omnivore, I of course wouldn't force any diet on you. If you happen to be vegetarian for example, I would never cook a dish with meat, if I knew you would be eating it aswell. I would also not leave ''meat contaminated'' dirty dishes around or anything like that. I am also very much open for vegan and vegetarian meals. I eat pretty much anything.

You could move in earlier than July, if Antony is to find a new place earlier than expected. But since his contract runs until the set date, you would have to pay him for the added renting time.
Internet is runnig via Antony as of now but I get a replacement once he is gone.
