Die schon gefundene Nachmieterin hat mir sehr sehr kurzfristig abgesagt, weil sie nicht mehr in Göttingen studiert. Daher suche ich eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in ab dem 1.1.2009.
Ein Einzug wäre natürlich ab dem 15.01 oder 01.02 möglich. (Eventuell auch zum 15.02 oder 01.03).
Das Zimmer ist ein helles West-Zimmer (ca. 18qm, unmöbiliert) in
einer sauberen 2er WG (ca. 50qm insgesamt ) im Studentenwohnheim Kellnerweg (www.kellnerweg.de) .
Die Miete beträgt sagenhafte 208 Euro warm im Monat.
Entfernungen: Klinikum 5min per Rad, Norduni (Physik, Chemie) 1min
per Rad, ZHG-Campus: 12min per Rad. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.
Nette Vorteile des Wohnheims: Schnelles, günstiges Internet (5€/Monat), kostenloses Kabelfernsehen, Sportraum, Beachvolleyballplatz, günstige Waschmaschinen (0,60 € pro Wäsche), Kneipe, Kino und vieles mehr.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Real, tegut) sind in der Nähe vorhanden.
Wenn du zwischen 18 und 27 Jahre alt bist, Nichtraucherin und keine Haustiere mitbringst, würde ich mich auf deine Antwort freuen.
