ich suche zum 01.11. (evtl. auch früher) eine(n) neuen Mitbewohner/in. Die Lage der Wohnung ist 1a, absolut ruhig, direkt am Wald, kurze Wege zur Norduni/Klinikum.
In der Wohnung erwartet dich ein helles Zimmer (14 qm, Parkett, elektr. Jalousie) mit Blick ins Grüne und ein kleines Zimmer (5qm, z.b. für Schreibtisch). Außerdem ein eigenes WC, eine neue Küche (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Ceranherd) zur Mitbenutzung und ein großer Flur.
Auch kannst du eine große Terrasse sowie unseren Garten (nicht einsehbar) und Keller gerne mitbenutzen. Im Garten befindet sich noch ein (Gemüse-)Beet und ein Gartenhäuschen. PKW parken und Fahrradstellplatz kein Problem.
Es wäre schön wenn du nicht nur an einer Zweck-WG interessiert wärst...melde dich einfach mal, ich freu mich dich kennenzulernen...
