Hallo Leute,
wir suchen einen Nachmieter für ein Zimmer in einem 2er Apartement im schönen Wohnheim Kellnerweg in Göttingen/Weende. Mögliche Einzugstermine wären der 15. Juli oder 1. August. Die Apartements bestehen aus 2 Studentenzimmern mit je 18 qm, sowie Küche und Bad, das nur von der WG genutzt wird und nicht vom ganzen Wohnheim etc.
Das Zimmer liegt parterre auf der Südseite des Wohnheims, mit Blick auf eine schöne große Wiese mit Bäumen und Grillmöglichkeiten.
Der zweite Bewohner unserer WG wird voraussichtlich Ende des Jahres ausziehen. Die Wahl des neuen Nachmieters würde dann bei Ihnen liegen.
Haustiere sind im Wohnheim nicht offiziell erlaubt, aber geduldet. Viele Hundebesitzer leben hier.
