ich (23 J. BWL-Student) suche einen Mitbewohner/Nachmieter zum 01.04.2013 für eine 2er WG. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 13m² groß (Wohnung gesamt 68m²). Das großzügige Wohnzimmer, die Küche, das Bad, der Balkon und der Keller werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 342,- € Warm inkl. Strom, Internet und Telefon (eigener Anschluss mit eigener Nummer möglich). Zudem sind eine Waschmaschine sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Zentralcampus und ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Auch einkaufstechnisch (Rewe, Penny, Bäcker, Getränkemarkt, Kiosk) ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen (alles innerhalb von 2-5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen).
