Hallo zusammen!
Wir sind Rubén, Jan und Philipp und suchen ab dem 1. September eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner (Einzug prinzipiell auch schon ab 15.8. möglich!). Das Zimmer ist entweder für den Zeitraum vor Semesterbeginn oder gleich längerfristig zu vermieten. Wenn du also nur etwas Kurzfristiges zur Zwischenmiete für zwei Monate suchst, bist du hier auch richtig!
Das Zimmer ist 7m^2 groß und wird vollmöbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regale) vermietet. Hinzu kommen allerdings nochmal ca. 5m^2 unseres gemeinsamen Wohnzimmers, auf denen du dir z.B. eine Arbeitsecke einrichten kannst, da 7m^2 alleine natürlich nicht viel sind. Allerdings ist das Zimmer auch sehr effizient eingerichtet (Schreibtisch unter dem Hochbett, Regal in einen ungenutzten Türrahmen eingelassen).
Die Miete beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten, sowie Internet- und Festnetzflat. Bilder von dem Zimmer und der Wohnung gibt’s auf Anfrage!
Unsere Gemeinschaftswohnfläche erstreckt sich auf eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, einem Wintergarten und dem Bad mit Badewanne und eigener Waschmaschine. Des Weiteren haben wir einen eigenen Keller und teilen uns mit den anderen beiden Mietparteien den Hinterhof samt Rasenfläche. Fahrräder können sowohl im Hinterhof als auch im Keller abgestellt werden.

Hi everyone!
We are Rubén, Jan and Philipp and we are looking for a new flatmate for the 1st of September (but moving in is possible from the 15th of August, if needed). It is possible to rent it for a short stay (August and September) before the beginning of the next semester, or directly for a longer term. If you are only looking for something for a short stay, you are also very welcome to take a closer look!
The room is 7m^2, costs 250€ and is completely furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf). On top of that you can use ca. 5m^2 of our shared living room to e.g. put a desk or a shelf, because 7m^2 is of course not that much. Also, the room itself is furnished in a space-saving fashion (desk underneath a bunk bed, shelf fitted in an unused doorframe).
The rent includes all utilities and bills as well as a telephone and internet flat rate. Pictures of the room can be sent to you upon request.
Besides the vacant room and our rooms we have a big kitchen and a big living room, a large hallway with a sitting area, a small winter garden and a bathroom with a bathtub and our own laundry machine. All in all, the common areas take up approx. 50 of our 110 m^2. Additionally, we have our own basement and share a backyard incl. lawn with our neighbors. Bicycles can be placed either in the basement or in the backyard.
Die Lage ist, vor allem, wenn du an die Nord-Uni oder ans Klinikum musst, gut (weniger als 10 Radminuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch zu Genüge in der Gegend (Aldi Real, eine Bäckerei, Apotheke… alles nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt). Den Zentralcampus erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 12 Minuten, die Innenstadt in 15. Die Busverbindungen sind auch gut.

The location is quite good, especially if your study or work in the Nord-Uni, less than 10 minutes by bike. There are also several shops within a couple of
minutes (Aldi, Real, bakery, pharmacy,...). You can reach the main campus in 12 and the city centre in 15 minutes by bike. Bus connection in the area is also good.
Du wirst dir die WG mit Rubén (25, Chemie-Doktorand), Jan und Philipp (20 bzw. 24, beide Psychologiestudenten) teilen. Rubén kommt aus Spanien und gerade erst angefangen, deutsch zu lernen, weswegen wir in der WG Englisch sprechen, womit du kein Problem haben solltest.
Wir sind – wie so viele Wohngemeinschaften – weder eine Zweck-, noch eine Kuschel- oder Party-WG. Da wir alle recht unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe haben, konzentriert sich das gemeinsame WG-Leben i.d.R. auf die Abendstunden, wo wir gerne mal bei Tee oder Bier in der Küche sitzen und quatschen. Wenn es sich einrichten lässt, wird auch mal gemeinsam gekocht. Natürlich ist es auch kein Problem, sich in sein Zimmer zurückzuziehen, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Grundsätzlich haben wir also eine gemeinschaftliche Wohnatmosphäre, bei der wir allerdings auch die Freiräume des jeweils anderen respektieren.

You will be sharing the flat with Rubén (25, chemistry PhD student), Jan and Philipp (20 and 24, both psychology students). Rubén comes from Spain and is learning German right now, but the common language in the flat is English, which must not be a problem for you if you want to live here.
We like to hang around with each other in the flat in the evenings and have a tea or a beer while chatting. If possible, we also cook together every once in a while. We do, however, not constantly spend all our time with each other as everybody still has his own stuff to do. We do enjoy each other’s company but also respect each other’s freedom to do something else or be on his own.
