Hallo liebe Leute.
Bei uns ist derzeit ein Zimmer frei. Daher suchen wir einen neuen, netten und entspannten Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin mit dem oder der es sich gut leben lässt. Selbstverständlich sind Burschies nicht willkommen. Wir, das sind Christiane, Sanne und Stefan, drei nette Leute, die teils studieren und teils arbeiten.
Das Zimmer ist recht gemütlich und die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß geht man in ca. 5 Min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, der Nordcampus ist ca. 10 Min fußläufig entfernt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der nette Klosterpark in Weende runden das ganze ab. Mit dem Rad ist man in etwa 15 Min in der Innenstadt.
Die Warmmiete beträgt ca. 200€ inkl. Strom und für Telefon und Internet müsstest du nochmal 10€ locker machen.
