Hello people who look for a flat,
I am moving in the city center, therefore we have an empty room to offer you!
It is 12,6m² room with an huge window, which make it really bright when there is sun.
If you want I can sell you a lot of furniture that are already in the room (so I don't have to take them out, and you don't have to bring others in)
The location is perfect if you are studying in the Nord Campus !
It will take you 5 minutes to reach the Nord Campus by bike (10 minutes by walk).
You can also do all the sports you want in the HUGE sport centrum, also 5 minutes from the house.
Ride your bike 10 minutes and you will be at Tegut, DM, BurgerKing, Subway, JoeyPizza! Very convenient !!
Reach the city center will take 20 minutes by bike, or 15 minutes by bus: Take Linie-8-Papemberg, up to "Vor der Laakenbreite" (Anyway, you only need to go in the center during the week end right?)
The Flat is not a Zweck-WG!
You will live with Julian 25 years old, who is studying Chemistry and Vicent 21 years old, studying medicine. They both are extremely nice, and like to talk around a drink in the evening, or organize diner/party together from time to time.
Of course they are student like you, therefore they will not party during the week!
I am really proud to tell you that we have a washing machine in the flat!
There is also a big balcony and a basement. (as you can see on the pictures)
I am sure you will enjoy this flat, the living, and the time of sleep you will save every morning ;)
