Hallo Ihr Wohnungssuchenden!
Weil ich aufgrund meines Studiums ausziehe, wird ab dem 1.April mein WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Zimmermannstraße frei. Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß. Es liegt im EG und hat eine Terrassentür zu einem kleinen Garten. Wir haben ein Bad mit einer Dusche und eine Küche, die du dir mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin teilen wirst. Waschmaschinen und Trockner befinden sich in einem Waschkeller des gesamten Wohnheims.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Zimmermannstr. 5 und liegt direkt am Klinikum. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 min in der Innenstadt und beim Hauptcampus. Den Nordcampus erreicht man auch in 5 min. Außerdem gibt es direkt vorm Haus eine Bushaltestelle und
zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit braucht man auch nur 5 min.
Dich erwartet meine super liebe Mitbewohnerin Melissa (22). Weil du dir mit ihr Küche und Bad teilst, solltet ihr euch auf jeden Fall ein bisschen verstehen. Melde dich also einfach bei ihr und mach einen Besichtigungstermin aus;)
In der Miete von 220€ sind bereits alle Nebenkosten enthalten (Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet).
