Hi there!
I have two rooms available in my flat.
The flat consists of three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a sitting room and a balcony.
Both rooms are bright facing the West side: sunny in the afternoon when the weather permits.
Both have carpet flooring and are furnished.*
The first room (~17 m²) has a large 1.40*2.00 m bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a dresser and a banquette.
*The furniture of the second room (>12 m²) belongs to my flatmate who left the flat already. It has a single person 0.90*2.00 m bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, two big shelves, a desk and a chair. The furniture is made of solid wood and was bought 2 years ago. The price would be 450 € for taking it over (mattress not included).
The price of each room, which includes all charges, is:
360 € for the 17 m²
270 € for the 12 m²

The flat is well located in the middle of Weende between the north and the main campus.
Whether it is for shopping or studying, everything can be reached easily: Penny, Lidl, Rewe, Tegut, DM & the hospital are reached within 10 min by foot. Nord-Uni and the main Campus can be reached easily by bike (7 min); there are two bus stops, the first one in the front of the building (1 min walk) for bus numbers 91 and 92, and the second one is in the back next to McDonalds Weende for several bus lines.
Parking space is available within the neighbourhood and is for free.
I work in the north campus and to go there it takes me:
15~18 min by foot
6~7 min by bike
3~4 min by car
I have been living in the same flat for four years so far (three years as main tenant). I just finished my doctoral studies in chemical crystallography and am about to start working in the same group in the north campus.
There are no obligations about the flatshare type and it will depend on a general agreement between the flatmates.
The neighbourhood is quite quiet, there is a church around the corner, a playing ground, green areas around the building. I live in a building where most neighbours are old so I like when my flatmates share the same ideas of respect and quietness.
Our cleaning duties are planned every end of the week, each one of us cleans the shared areas once a week (once in three weeks if we are three). Every six weeks we have cleaning duties in and outside the building. It is important that you don't have issues with cleaning when you plan to email me ;)
