The building is own by studentenwerk. It is a 12 floors building. The room which is offered is on the 10th floor. The room is in a WG with 4 rooms, with shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The room is quite spacious for one person and fully furnished. It has wifi and WLAN internet connection. The heater works well. The building has 2 small elevators and one big elevator. The laundryroom is on the basement. There is also one room for bike maintenance.
5 minutes by walk to reach the nearest bus stop. 15 minutes to get to the main bahnhof and city center. 15 minutes by bike to the main campus of University Göttingen. 10 minutes by walk to reach Penny (local supermarket). There is also Turkish shop which sells Asian food and fresh vegetables nearby. The University hospital is only 5 minutes by walk from the apartment building. There is also a park with small lake behind the apartment building.
There are Indonesians and one Russian. One of the room is currently rented by a miete for 2 months.
