Hallo! Ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in. Es handelt sich um zwei kleine Zimmer mit insgesamt 18m². Ein Zimmer hat einen Teppich, das andere ist mit hellem Laminat belegt. Es gibt ein sehr großes, gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche mit allen wichtigen Dingen (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc.). Dusche und WC sind getrennt. Außerdem gibt es einen eigenen Keller und einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Es gibt auch einen schönen Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist hell und mit hohen Decken. Die Wohnug ist insgesamt sehr hell.
Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate. We would share a big living room and a spacious kitchen with all major appliances. The rooms to rent are two smaller roooms (combined 18 sqm). They are not rented seperately but would be yours. Toilet and shower are separate. All rooms have big windows to let the shunshine in. There is also a cellar and a garden that we can use together with the other house tenants.
Penny, Lidl, Rewe, Aldi und Edeka sind alle in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar! Der Campus in 15 Minuten. Bahnhof in 25 Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Allgemein sind viele verschiedene Buslinien in nächster Nähe.
Dadurch, dass das Haus etwas von der Straße zurückgesetzt ist, kriegt man vom Straßenlärm nur wenig mit.
The house is located close to a variety of supermarkets and not far from either of the two campuses. A bus station is close by. The house is on a big street but since traffic noise is not bad, especially if you compare to a city.
Ich arbeite und promoviere derzeit an der Uni. Ich bin meistens abends und am Wochenende zu Hause. Ich halte es recht locker mit dem Zusammenleben, gemeinsam kochen oder was unternehmen, mache ich alles gern, wie es eben so passt. Es gibt keine WG-Zwang.
I am doing my PhD at the university. I guess in terms of "WG" life I am very relaxed. I am always happy to do things together (chat, cook, go out) but it's also fine to have your space :)
Mein Mitbewohner würde einige seiner Möbel gerne (gegen Bezahlung) zurücklassen. Allerdings nur falls Interesse besteht.
My flatmate would sell some of his furniture, so you can decide whether you want it.
