Da ich nächsten Monat ausziehe, ist ab dem 1.4. mein Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen 2er-WG frei! Das Zimmer ist etwa 18qm groß, rechteckig geschnitten und hat ein großes Fenster und einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon, sodass viel Licht reinkommt.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, falls du aber keine Möbel haben solltest, kann gerne ein Schlafsofa übernommen werden und für andere Möbel finden wir auch eine Lösung!

We have a free room in our cozy shared flat. The room is about 18sqm and has a big window as well as an access tot he balcony. It is not furnished, but in case you have no furniture, it is possible to keep a daybed and some shelfs.
The rent includes all arising expenses (Internet, electricity etc.).
Die Lage ist ziemlich unschlagbar! Einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Biomarkt) sind in 1-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der Zentralcampus ist nur etwa 200 Meter entfernt. In der Innenstadt ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Rad und falls es einen in die Natur zieht, ist es bis zur Leine auch nicht weit. Bis zum Unisport sind es ca. 5 Fahrradminuten.
Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Waschsalon, sodass es überhaupt nicht stört, dass wir in der Wohnung keine Waschmaschine haben, weil man seine Wäsche bequem rüberbringen und später einfach wieder abholen kann.

In the next-door house is a self-service laundry.
Du wirst mit Arzu (26) zusammenwohnen, die gerade ihre Masterarbeit schreibt und daher momentan viel unterwegs ist. Ansonsten ist sie eine sehr gesellige, lebensfrohe Person mit einem ziemlich ansteckenden Lachen, die es in der Wohnung gerne sauber hat und mit der es sich sehr angenehm und entspannt zusammenwohnen lässt.
You are going to live with Arzu (26), who is doing her master´s thesis at the moment and therefore is very busy. Apart from that Arzu ist a lovely flatmate, likes to laugh a lot and we´ve always had a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in our apartment. Besides, Arzu likes the flat to be reasonably clean.
Da Arzu ab Juli auch umzieht, kann die Wohnung danach mit einem neuen Vertrag übernommen werden.
