Hallo!
Zu vermieten haben wir ab dem 1. Juli 2022 ein helles, 24 qm großes Zimmer in einer 3er WG.
Das Zimmer besitzt eine Dachschräge und ist über eine Treppe mit der restlichen Wohnung verbunden.
Es können teilweise Möbel übernommen werden, ist aber kein Muss.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Rune (Physikstudent) und Sepher (PhD Student in Geothermie). Die beiden sind sehr entspannt und immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Es herrscht eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre in der WG.
Der Nordcampus und das Klinikum befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (etwa 5 min mit dem Fahrrad), bis zum Hauptcampus sind es etwa 7 min und bis in Innenstadt ca. 15 min.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Lidl, Real, Teegut, DM).
Direkt gegenüber vom Haus befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle (Klosterweg).
Die WG ist vollständig ausgestattet und ihr müsstet quasi nichts mitbringen. Des Weiteren hast du Zugang zu einem Abstellraum im Keller, Waschmachine und einen kleinen, aber feinen, Balkon.
