Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin für meine nett, freundliche Mitbewohnerin.
Dein zukünftiges WG-Zimmer ist 13m2 groß (hell, es hat ein kleines und ein großes Fenster). Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in Neu-Weende. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Penny befindet sich gleich um die Ecke, Lidl und Rewe sind auch nah. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 3-5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar (Bus 91/92 => Rudolf-Diesel-Straße Bushaltestelle und Bus 31/32; 62 => Grüner Weg Bushaltestelle).
Der Zentral-Campus und das Klinikum sind mit dem Fahrrad in max 5 min. zu erreichen, Innenstadt und Bahnhof in ca. 10 min. Eine Aral-Tankstelle und McDonald (Richtung Autobahn Göttingen-Nord) sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Da ich ausziehen muss, müsste mein Anteil an der Abschlagszahlung für die Küche (ebenfalls 300 Euro) übernommen werden.
