The room of about 14 m² is part of a three-room appartment with a balkony. The third room is used as a living and dining room.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Zimmermannstraße nah am Unisport und dem Nordcampus, zum Z-Campus braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe ist der tegut.
Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten in dem im Sommer gegrillt werden kann.
The appartment is situated in the Zimmermannstraße close to the Universities sports facilities and the Northern Campus. Going to the central campus takes about ten minutes by bike. There is a grocery store close by and the house has a large garden which can be used for barbeques in the summer.
Ich bin 23 Jahre alt, arbeite als Chemielaborant und werde im Sommer ein Studium beginnen. Ich koche gerne und mache viel Sport (Volleyball und Klettern).
Gesucht wird jemand, der Lust hat abends auch mal ein bisschen zusammen zu sitzen und vielleicht mal mit zum Sport kommt.
