Das Zimmer ist auf Grund eines großen Fensters Richtung Garten sehr hell, quadratisch geschnitten so dass grosses Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange,... gut reinpassen. Das Zimmer kann wenn gewollt möbliert vermietet werden.
The room is 13 m2 big, and has plenty of room a big bed, desk, closet etc. The room can be rented with furniture if desired.
The apartment includes a big living room, a spacious kitchen as well as bathroom with a bath tub and an awesome balcony with the sun shining on it all day long!
Optimale Lage für Studierende am Z-campus sowie Klinikum/NordCampus mit eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür (91/92/32). Zum Hauptcampus Wir such zum uni sport sind es nur 5 min mit dem Rad. Direkt nebenan befindet sich auch ein Penny und ein Kiosk. Zudem sind weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen MInuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Zu dem Haus gehört eine Grünfläche, auf der im Sommer gegrillt, Badminton,... gespielt werden kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und im Haus wohnen andere entspannte Leute, teilweise Studenten, teilweise Paare, etc
Im Haus gibt es auch ein geräumiges Kellerabteil.
It's about 5 minutes by bike to the main campus, to uni sport and about 10 minutes to the nordcampus and the city center. A bus station is right in front of the house. There are a variety of supermarkets close by.
Dein Mitbewohner wird Daniel sein, ein 27 jähriger Student, der gerne mal ein Bierchen trinkt oder zusammen etwas unternimmt.
Das WG Leben könnt ihr euch allerdings selbst neu gestalten, da auch Daniel erst vor kurzem eingezogen ist. Die Wohnung läd aber allemal zu einem gemütlichen Zusammenleben ein.
You'll be living together with my roommate Daniel, an easy going 27 year old student. Just get to know each other and I'm sure you'll have a good time together.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll: Neben einer Küche (mit Spühlmaschine!!!) und Waschmaschine und einerm Badezimmer mit Badewanne, haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, das zu gemütlichen und gemeinsamen Abenden mit Freunden einlädt. Aber das Wohnzimmer ist nichts gegen unser Balkon: Dort haben wir uns eine Art "Bett" gebaut mit einer Matratze, die perfekt auf den Balkon zugeschnitten ist. Kommt einfach vorbei und schaut es auch an :)
Die Wohnung ist erstmal zur Zwischenmiete ausgeschrieben da es noch nicht sicher ist, ob der Vertrag so übernommen werden kann. Sollte dies aber funktionieren, besteht auf jeden Fall die Möglichkeit dort wohnen zu bleiben.
