Hi, I'm Sonya and currently studying forestry master program in University of Göttingen. I have lived in this house for more than 8 months but since i got a a room in Studententwerk so i'm looking for new tenant for my current room. The rental will start from 1st June 2017.
The room is cozy and fully furnished. It has bed, mattress (bed cover, pillow and blanket provided), book shelter, wardrobe, writing table and private sink in the room. The landlord also provide other useful thing such as LAN cable, reading and sleeping lamp also electricity terminal. You will have your own heizung. You will have internet by WLAN cable but the building also has wifi.
The location is super strategic and convenience for student. It is right infront Theodor Heuss bus stop (direct bus connection to zentrum, central campus and bahnhof). And its located in between nord and central campus. The bus stop to nordcampus is just 5 minutes by walk. 5 minutes bicycle ride to central campus and 10 minutes ride to nord campus. It also surrounded by supermarkt. Penny, Tegut and Lidl is nearby.
The bathroom and kitchen is share with 9 people, but don't worry! The kitchen has enough space and the current flatmates has different schedule for cooking. There also two bathroom and toilet so it is quite convenience :) If you love to socialize with other international students, this is perfect place to live. Sometimes we have gathering and it always fun! But we also have a rule to not making too much noise during weekday after 11.00pm and since all the flatmates are student, it will be really calm during exam period :)
