Ab April werden zwei gemütliche Zimmer, hier in der Hannoverschen frei. Das eine ist ein gemütlicher Dachboden in dem du sogar dein eigenes Badezimmer integriert hast, da die Deckenhöhe dort nicht ganz so hoch ist, gehört noch gleich ein zweites Zimmer mit dazu.
Durch die Dachschrägen kommt die relativ kleine qm Zahl zustande.

Die Wohnung liegt in Weende in einem netten Hinterhof, real ist direkt um die Ecke und Pizzaland gegenüber, dort befindet sich auch die nächste Bushaltestelle. Zur Norduni sind 5 min mit dem Rad und zum Z-Campus 10 min.
Und neben sehr netten Nachbarn, hast du auch den Klosterpark um die Ecke :)
Da gleich zwei Mitbewohner ausziehen, hast du die Möglichkeit das WG-Leben ganz neu mitzugestalten.
Niklas, 21 bleibt in der Wohnung und studiert Physik und ein echt entspannter Typ!
Auch eine kurzzeitig Zwischenmiete wäre möglich!
