Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m^2 groß und quadratisch geschnitten, so dass es viel Platz bietet. Es besitzt ein Zimmerfenster Richtung Süden, bleibt tagsüber trotzdem angenehm kühl. Großes Plus ist der eigene Balkon mit Hängematte, der zu gemütlichen Abenden einläd und von allen WG-Mitgliedern gemeinsam genutzt wird. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert übergeben und es ist alles da was man braucht: Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Sofa, etc. (siehe Bilder).
The 16 m^2 room is bright thanks to the window and balcony door directed to the south but still cool inside during the hot summer days. The room is completely furnished and you will find everything you need for a comfy stay. The best place to chill is the hammock in the balcony, which we use all together.
Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage in Weende; ideal für Studenten am Nordcampus (5 Gehminuten) oder Klinikum, aber auch der Zcampus ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 12 Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, mit welchen Zcampus, Innenstadt und Bahnhof erreichbar sind.
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke: Tegut, Real, Aldi, Penny, Thiele.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Weende. You reach the North Campus, the Klinikum and various supermarkets in less then 10 minutes walking. You can either take the bike (~15 minutes) to get to the city centre or catch the bus at different bus stops close to our apartment.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Mike (28) und ich, Nicole (27).
Mike arbeitet als technischer Assistent an der Uni am Nordcampus. In seiner Freizeit ist er sportlich unterwegs und geht liebend gerne klettern. Er ist ein sehr lieber und angenehmer Mitbewohner. Ich promoviere in der Agrarökologie am Nordcampus. Neben der Arbeit, bin ich an den Wochenenden viel unterwegs und gehe sehr gerne tanzen. Da wir beide arbeiten, sind wir meistens den ganzen Tag unterwegs und erst ab abends zu hause.
Das WG-Leben ist offen, unkompliziert und gesellig, wobei auch jeder die Möglichkeit hat, sich zurückzuziehen. Als Gemeinschaftsraum dient die Küche oder bei gutem Wetter der Balkon. Außerdem bietet ein Garten mit gemauertem Grill hinter dem Haus die Möglichkeit zu grillen.
Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte Mai bis Ende August frei, wobei das Einzugsdatum flexibel ist und bei Bedarf auch etwas früher sein kann.

You will share the flat with Mike (28) and me, Nicole (27).
Mike is working as technical assistant at the university. In his free time he loves to go climbing. I am doing my Ph.D. in the agroecology department and like to travel and to go dancing.
The WG-life is friendly and convivial, however, if you need time for yourself or need to study there is no problem to close your room door and nobody will bother you. We use the kitchen as our common room and if the weather is good we can spend some time on the balcony or use the garden with a grill behind the house to make a barbecue.
The room is available from mid-May until the end of August, but we can still discuss about the exact move-in date (in case you want to move in a bit earlier).
